Beautiful people (massages on property by Tumi are a must!), beautiful secluded area with lovely hiking paths and a magical spot to lay your head, soak your body (brand new outdoor Jacuzzi) and inspire your mind and soul. Thanks so much to Loma, Jerry and Tumi for helping us celebrate our Happy 25th in peace and beauty. A spectacular vacation rental in every sense. My family has returned to this cottage year after year because it is simply the most serenely beautiful getaway we have encountered in our decades of world travel. The decor is exotic, tasteful and truly enhances our vacation experience. And the property owners are warm, welcoming and highly knowledgeable about the area. It's a sheer indulgence to stay here, in a word: perfect. This is THE BEST place! We have travelled the world, and believe me, we know quality! You couldnt hope for nicer people to meet here! Plus, the owner knows every massage therapist around, and will find you exactly who you may want for massages! i didnt want to leave, it was so peaceful and comfy!Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: We have a lust for travel, health and sustainability. As we have traveled we have acquired items to build, incorporate and furnish this house with. We live here when we are not on the road. I am in the resort spa consulting and spa managment business. Our home is operated as green as possible. We have organic beds, sheets, composting and recycling.
Why the Owner Chose Calistoga:
This is my home and we rent it when we are out of town.
It is a total retreat property and mini spa with a hot tub, pool and steam room. The vistas are stunning and it had a lot of sunshine as it is on a knoll in the mountains looking across the napa valley to the mountains in the West. It was such a beautiful property, that is why we bought it in 1988.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
This house is very special. In the right time of year, the creek travels around the house and you can hear the sound of a waterfall in the background. The hiking is great. The views are stunning.
