The house, next to Todi and near Assisi, Deruta, and many Umbrian historic towns, has been converted into 2 or 3 (see pacavillage website) fully sound proof independent holiday apartments. It can host up to 12 guests (14 if children share parents room). The house is ideal for families, or friends, and can be rent as a whole or each apartment can be rent individually. Two apartments are interlinked (our pacavillage website details) and each is ensured of maximum tranquillity. The house has access to a south facing swimming pool. Guests can spend a wonderful time walking in the forest, cycling, horse riding and carrying out other activities. The property borders, down the valley, the Arnata river which itself flows into the Tiber river and down to Rome.
Pacavillage sits a short drive north of Rome airport (1.2 hours drive), south of Florence (Pisa) airport (1.5 hours), just 5 minutes drive from the centre of Todi, 600 yards from the Vasciano village in an absolute tranquil place surrounded by hills, vineyards, olive groves and forests. Orvieto is to the west, Amelia to the south, Perugia, Assisi, Deruta to the north, Spoleto and the Marmore falls to the east, all about equidistant, circa 20-30 minutes. Florence, Rome, Arezzo, and the sea, - either the Adriatic or the Tyrrenian lie within the 100-120 Km. range.
