Why the Owner Chose Other New Smyrna Beach Properties
I am a Realtor in New Smyrna Beach and of all the properties I saw for sale near the ocean this is the one I fell in love with. It had a real "50's" charm with knotty pine walls, terazzo floors, a large fenced in back yard and you only had to go 150 feet north or south to a walkway to the ocean. It is located on a one way shell road so traffic is minimized and I knew it would be safer for the children in our family to walk from the house to the beach with no major roads to cross. The layout of the house was perfect with a seperate apartment that had once been a dentists office. The "Please be seated" sign is still on the door in the apartment between the bedroom and the living area/kitchen. I also liked the fact that there were four door leading to the outside. I can also close (and lock) the connecting door between the apartment and the house for added privacy. The neighbors are all very nice and look after their million dollar homes.
The Unique Benefits at this House
It is a short walk to the beach, great for a family vacation and just a 3 minute drive to shopping and restaurants, and yet you feel like you are a world apart from the modern world.

I was brought up outside of Buffalo in the little town (well it was when I was young!) of Orchard Park, New York. I got my undergraduate and MBA degree at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. In 1985 my wife and I decided we had had enough of the cold and moved to Florida. We took almost two years and traveled all over the state and decided to live in New Smyrna Beach.

Liked the renovations and the complete redo of the kitchen, thanks for converting the twin beds to a King, bed. Wedding down the street was wonderful, thanks for looking affter our extended family
