  My parents and I stayed at serenity with my 20 month old son. The condo was beautifully decorated with gorgeous hard wood floors and spacious bedrooms and baths. The family room was large and inviting and a perfect place to watch movies after a long day at Disneyland or the beach. Serenity is centrally located in Irvine right off the 405 and we found travel to all of our favorite spots quick and convenient. My father enjoyed morning walks to the grocery store for the newspaper and my son loved the playground and swimming pool, all within walking distance. A big plus was a garage space to keep our car cool during the heat of the summer. Espy was quick to respond to all inquiries and was incredibly accomodating. We would highly recommend the property to any interested tenants and look forward to using it as our winter get away in the years to come.

  This property was beautifully kept and all the amenities were within walking distance. This TH is in a new neighborhood a few blocks walk from major grocery store and restaurants. Heated pool was 2 blocks away and the house is right next to baseball/soccer fields and basketball court. Lots or surrounding trails to run and bike, in nice quiet area for families. I was here with my 2.5 year old son, 8 month daughter, wife and 3 in-laws. Plenty of space and supplies to accommodate us all. The owner even stopped by to say hi and make sure our stay was pleasant. We can't say enough good things about this property. Plenty of toiletries provided by the owner (which they don't really have to). It is centrally located in orange county. 10-15 mins drive from John Wayne Airport. 1.25 hrs from SD Safari zoo, and 45 mins from LB aquarium (where we went with the kids.) 10 mins from Irvine Spectrum center with lots of shopping and more restaurants. Lots of parks and things to do around the area. If ever back in Southern California, you can bet we will be staying here again. My son calls it "his vacation home!"

  Our month long stay at serenity was fantastic. The house had all the conveniences we needed and was in a perfect location for us- 20 mins from Disneyland, but far enough away to avoid the tourist crowds. The word 'serenity' describes the property beautifully as the location was extremely peaceful and very quiet- day & night. Our hosts Espy & Alex were more than welcoming and very friendly. If ever we needed anything they were always there to help. The place was kept very clean as Espy had organised a cleaner for each week of our stay which was a welcome bonus. The lock-up garage was great as it made getting to and from the house a breeze in our hire car. The communal pool & gym facilities were fantastic and only a very short walk from the house. I would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, quiet & great value stay. Lawrence Di Tomasso

  Just returned from a fantastic break in California. Espy's home in Irvine made our holiday experience thoroughly enjoyable. The house is luxurious and all the added little extras that were there, eg shampoo/shower gels etc, made our stay really comfortable. Espy made sure both families were comfortable at all times. Would not hesitate to recommend Serenity for an ideal location when visiting California. The communal pool is beautiful, as well as the local area, with shops 2 minutes away. If ever returning to California in the future, would not hesitate to book Serenity again. Thanks to Espy and Alex for the use of your lovely home. (Heraty family and friends, Liverpool, UK)

  What a wonderful little Summer, 2011, vacation stay @ your Serenity townhouse! We had an absolutely lovely time & totally enjoyed the most comfortable, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully equipped accommodations. We particularly enjoyed the well equipped community exercise facilities, and the perfectly situated neighborhood setting...safe walking paths and convenient nearby shopping & restaurants. It was a pleasure interacting with you folks. We appreciate your very friendly, professional nature! Thank you for the privilege of staying at your outstanding townhome!

  Were do I begin. The townhouse was gorgeous. Better than the pictures. It was spotless inside and beautifully decorated, not to mention the quietest townhouse I've ever been in. The beds were extremely comfortable and all the extras Espy had in the place were completely unexpected. We had bottled water in the fridge, q-tips, make-up pads, soap, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap among other things. We even got to meet Espy one evening. She is a wonderful women. She was always very prompt to answer emails when booking her home. Now for the complex. Everything a family could want. There was "The Commons" which had an amazing pool and wade pool for young kids which my son loved, hot tub, and weight room. There was many pool loungers, tables and chairs and 3 BBQ's. There was a playground with a large grass area for kids to play on and also a huge field by Espy's. It was also a short 5 minute walk to Quail Hill Shopping Centre. It had a grocery store, gas station, pharmacy, Starbucks, Subway, among other restaurants, postal outlet and many other stores. I would highly recommend Espy's place. You will not be disappointed. We look forward to returning one day. Thank you Espy for your kindness and hospitality.

  Had the priviledge of staying at here April 25/11 - May 5/11. Everything about the condo was just fabulous, large rooms, clean, comfortable beds (mattresses were great), lots of fresh bedding, tastefully decorated, well maintained grounds, swimming pool and centrally located. Excellent supply of condiments, paper products (kitchen and bathroom) and toiletries. Espie is accommodating and a wonderful person to deal with. I have nothing but great things to say about her house and her. I give Espie and her house a 10/10. I highly recommend this home.

  The house was really above the expectations, it was even better than described, it is really much more beautiful than it is in the pohotos. Espy had provided everything, towels, linens, tissues, and all disposables (literally anything you may need for daily use) in a high quality and generous amount. The house is spacious, well furnished and equipped, in excellent location. We highly recommend it with confidence. Thanks Espy for the lovely house

  My husband and I have stayed at this home 4 times and for each time we stay longer and we love it even more. We have traveled with family and friends. We love to travel and share this experience with everyone we love. Espy, thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home. You are such a beautiful and lovely person and it is always a pleasure to work with you. This home is close to all attractions, beaches, shopping, restaurants, and the bonus of this house is the pool, jacuzzi and fitness center.

  Highly recommended property with all the amenities. Everything was provided, every detail was considered. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, loved the neighborhood (right near a playground), and will be back again.
