What a wonderful little Summer, 2011, vacation stay @ your Serenity townhouse! We had an absolutely lovely time & totally enjoyed the most comfortable, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully equipped accommodations. We particularly enjoyed the well equipped community exercise facilities, and the perfectly situated neighborhood setting...safe walking paths and convenient nearby shopping & restaurants. It was a pleasure interacting with you folks. We appreciate your very friendly, professional nature! Thank you for the privilege of staying at your outstanding townhome!

2 Weeks of Heaven

Were do I begin. The townhouse was gorgeous. Better than the pictures. It was spotless inside and beautifully decorated, not to mention the quietest townhouse I've ever been in. The beds were extremely comfortable and all the extras Espy had in the place were completely unexpected. We had bottled water in the fridge, q-tips, make-up pads, soap, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap among other things. We even got to meet Espy one evening. She is a wonderful women. She was always very prompt to answer emails when booking her home. Now for the complex. Everything a family could want. There was "The Commons" which had an amazing pool and wade pool for young kids which my son loved, hot tub, and weight room. There was many pool loungers, tables and chairs and 3 BBQ's. There was a playground with a large grass area for kids to play on and also a huge field by Espy's. It was also a short 5 minute walk to Quail Hill Shopping Centre. It had a grocery store, gas station, pharmacy, Starbucks, Subway, among other restaurants, postal outlet and many other stores. I would highly recommend Espy's place. You will not be disappointed. We look forward to returning one day. Thank you Espy for your kindness and hospitality.

Five Star Accommodation

Had the priviledge of staying at here April 25/11 - May 5/11. Everything about the condo was just fabulous, large rooms, clean, comfortable beds (mattresses were great), lots of fresh bedding, tastefully decorated, well maintained grounds, swimming pool and centrally located. Excellent supply of condiments, paper products (kitchen and bathroom) and toiletries. Espie is accommodating and a wonderful person to deal with. I have nothing but great things to say about her house and her. I give Espie and her house a 10/10. I highly recommend this home.

The house was really above the expectations, it was even better than described, it is really much more beautiful than it is in the pohotos. Espy had provided everything, towels, linens, tissues, and all disposables (literally anything you may need for daily use) in a high quality and generous amount. The house is spacious, well furnished and equipped, in excellent location. We highly recommend it with confidence. Thanks Espy for the lovely house

My husband and I have stayed at this home 4 times and for each time we stay longer and we love it even more. We have traveled with family and friends. We love to travel and share this experience with everyone we love. Espy, thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home. You are such a beautiful and lovely person and it is always a pleasure to work with you. This home is close to all attractions, beaches, shopping, restaurants, and the bonus of this house is the pool, jacuzzi and fitness center.

Highly recommended property with all the amenities. Everything was provided, every detail was considered. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, loved the neighborhood (right near a playground), and will be back again.

Serenity is a lovely house situated in a great area. The house is perfectly clean and comfortable, we've never seen so many towels and the bath products were much appreciated. It was also so nice to have tea, coffee and water provided. Espy is so thoughtful. The beds are also very comfortable. It is literally two minutes from the community pool which goes without saying is well maintained as is the gym. It's a five minute walk to the local village centre which has everything you need supermarket, coffee shop and some excellent restaurants. Serenity is also a couple of minutes to the freeway so you can go anywhere quickly from down to San Diego up to LA. The beaches are about 10 to 20 minutes drive Lagune is lovely I would also reccomend Crystal Cove. There are too many things to do to mention really. The great thing was that we always had this lovely, quiet place to come back to we like it so much we're planning to go back next year. Annette&Clive

Perfect Getaway

We rented Serenity for our stay in OC for a wedding. The townhouse was exactly as the photos shown. It was very spacious, clean, and modern. Espy was a pleasure to work with and was very accomodating to our needs. She provided lots of bottled water in the fridge and plenty of towels everywhere for our stay. The community was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. It was perfectly located within 10 minues (without traffic, of course) of everywhere we needed to go. The highways were easily accessible as was the grocery store and gas station. We will definitely stay at Serenity again next time we are in OC!

We stayed at Serenity from Jan 19, 2009 to Feb 16,2009. We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner (Espy) is wonderful to deal with. The townhouse is very clean and comfortable. The location is outstanding! It is located within 15 minutes of all the area attractions. The townhouse is within walking distance of a shopping center. The pool, hot tub and fitness center are an added bonus. The townhouse is well supplied with towels, linens, soaps, etc. We will stay here again!

You will not find a better place to stay in LA. Serenity is perfect - it is just a beautiful house.Espy provides everything you will need - just bring a change of clothes and a toothbrush!! The house was perfect for six of us( 2 Adults and 4 children). The beds were soooo comfortable,everything was spotless we felt spoilt!! The area is quiet and feels so safe.The pool area was spotless and the people were friendly - it was never very busy.The car was kept cool in the garage - an extra bonus!! We found the location perfect for sightseeing in LA and visiting the beaches.The pictures do not do it justice- it is even much better than it looks. We had such a wonderful time in Serenity - we can never hope to match it. Thanks again Espy - you go above and beyond!!

Espy has my vote for Presedent too!! She really goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. She had fresh fruit and bottled waters waiting in the fridge for us when we arrived. All the linens were crisp and clean and the bathrooms were spotless! I can relate to the previous review as I too am a germaphobe and I can truely say SERENITY is the cleanest place I have ever stayed! All the little extra touches made our trip very enjoyable. We hope to be able to visit again and will definately stay at Serenity. Thanks Espy!

A Home Away From Home

We traveled to Serenity from the East Coast with several family members for my sister's graduation from UCI. Included in my family was my Grandmother, my father and my 9-year old son. The house was big and gorgeous. It has plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms! It very clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. We appreciated the little things that were included in the bathroom and kitchen that you definitely wouldn't find in a hotel. Espy was a great hostess. She called during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. She also was very prompt in returning communications when we were setting up the reservation. Choosing this house turned out to be a great decision. Much more comfortable than a hotel. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Superb Accomodations

My parents and I stayed at serenity with my 20 month old son. The condo was beautifully decorated with gorgeous hard wood floors and spacious bedrooms and baths. The family room was large and inviting and a perfect place to watch movies after a long day at Disneyland or the beach. Serenity is centrally located in Irvine right off the 405 and we found travel to all of our favorite spots quick and convenient. My father enjoyed morning walks to the grocery store for the newspaper and my son loved the playground and swimming pool, all within walking distance. A big plus was a garage space to keep our car cool during the heat of the summer. Espy was quick to respond to all inquiries and was incredibly accomodating. We would highly recommend the property to any interested tenants and look forward to using it as our winter get away in the years to come.

I've stayed at the Serenty before and it's unbelievable! I'm a business traveler and this beats the finest hotels I've stayed in. I'm a germaphobe but boy do I feel comfortable here! It is ultra clean modern and comfortable! Espy is your hostess who goes out of her way to leave flowers bottled water silverware dishes whatever you may use at your own home can be found here! Make yourself at home! I said it before and I will say it again Espy for President. If she ran the country as she runs The Serenty we would be far better off! I shall return and return!

I rented this house for my family for my wedding, and they loved the house. It was perfect. Beautiful and clean, spacious, with all the comforts of home, and all the amenities of a hotel. The property owner was amazingly helpful, providing fresh flowers, tea and coffee, bottled water, as well as a stocked pantry of cooking needs. It was perfect and we loved the house. Would highly recommend it to others and wish I could do it all over again, and stay in the same house!

We utilized the "Serenty" property for my grandmother and three aunts from the east coast after my grandfather's passing. This was the perfect atmosphere for them to reflect and enjoy time with their family in Orange County. The condo is nicely decorated and exudes a sense of simplicity and class. As amazing as the accomodations are, the owner, Espy, is even more amazing. A truly great person who was thoughtful and accommodating through out the process...thank you, Espy!!

Truly a home away from home!

We had the pleasure of staying at Serenity, and were very thrilled to be greeted by the sweetest hostess you could ask for! She gave us the "tour" and made us feel at home in the beautifully decorated, spacious condo. The community atmosphere and beautiful location truly spelled out SERENITY for us, and we enjoyed walking, exploring the neighborhood and playing tennis. The condo is so convienently located to amenities such as restaurants and grocery shopping, yet you feel like you are far away from the rat race of LA. The beach is 7 miles away, Disney is a 15-20 minute drive, and shopping is down the road! We had an excellent experience and are already booked to bring our family down next spring so we can share this great "getaway!" We travel extensively due to our jobs and Serenity is one of our top finds...YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Beautiful, Roomy, and close to everything!

We loved our stay at serenity. Often we have been disappointed with pictures shown for a place and what is actually there. Not in this case! It might even have been better than the pictures. Very roomy with 3 beds/3baths. Huge tub in the master bath along with plenty of vanity space. We were delighted with fresh flowers and snacks upon our arrival. Well stocked with all the necessities. It was very elegant and parents and kids alike enjoyed it very much. Only 20 minutes from Disney Land and the beach, and about 1 to 1 1/2 hours to Seaworld, San Diego Zoo and Universal Studios. Wonderful shopping area within a mile.

We were in this property for the week of 7/21/07 till 7/28/07. It was great . The house is very clean and comfortable. The owner has very nice touches. when we arrived we found a basket full of snack, baskets of fruits also fresh roses .. It was great spending our vacation there. We really recommend renting this condo if you want to spend nice and comfortable time in this area. Many thanks to the owner.
