We stayed at this house in July. The customer service by the owner was extremely quick (catch) and everything went well - from booking the house and even quoted a cheap rate for Cadillac (another catch). But, once we landed in HI, everything seemed to be the opposite. The pick up by property manager was delayd by 1hr (we were waiting in the airport with 2 kids and older people). Instead of providing us with Cadallaic (6 seater), the mgr gave us an extremely old Nissan 4-seater, which we had to manage for a day until we got the cadallaic the next day. Then, the house was very poorly maintained, not clean at all. Water pressure was extremely low- only one faucet can be operated at a time. The big problem, to this day (Oct) we have not received the refundable deposit - a big chunk !! The owner does not answer nor return our calls. This management is highly unethical. The property manager and the owner start to play games on each other. There is no documentation for renting vehicles with this owner - so, they claim any to withhold the deposit. This is not a trustworhty place to stay for vacation. We did stay at two other houses in the island - they were extremely clean and well maintained. Never had this kind of experience through VRBO !

Owner response:In any story their are two side to the coin,the lady who wrote this comment did not sign nor rented from us anything ,it was her friend who did, it was rented 3 days the house, And 6 days the Cadillac ,We received a phone call from the renter, that a friend of the family is coming earlier the car was not ready as it was with other family (the friend arrived earlier) so our house caretaker to accommodate the friend provided different car full of gas at the airport,( that was free and not include in the deal, just s gesture,with Aloha spirit),the guest arrived the next day and even though the Cadillac was ready that evening, The renter ask to take it the next day,this client got half of the rates and half of the security deposit ,the number of guest exceed the allowable by 6 people, both cars came empty Gas and the Cadillac with big damage on the right side, we have car rental agreement and it was spelled out in the main agreement, Now we stock with big damage on the car which we can't recover with the security deposit, The lady refuse to take responsibility for the empty 2 cars ,and the damage to the car, she want the deposit any way, and she threat to file complaint, we sent a new housekeeper right away, we paid for it, we sent the contractor to check the water pressure just to find out that she does not know how to use the head shower it was closed!! so he needed to go over all the house get paid and to find out that she does not know how to use it,we respect everyone but this one, we lost and we swallowed the damage ,I have e-mails that she thanks us for the wonderful vacation,but again she refuse to pay for the fuel, and for the car damage, she would not be able to do that to hotel or Car rental company they will just charge for it, right away,we didn't so we stock with the Bill,very Sad but we learn!

Thank you so much for a wonderful relaxing holiday, we enjoy different beaches, each day, we loved swimming, relax and have fun, the hiking, surfing, and cold beer with beautiful view was just the best, and thank you for delivering fresh tropical fruits, what a vacation we will never forget that, lasting memory was the black lava, green sand and blue ocean!

Thank you so much for a beautiful and relaxing vacations with everything we needed !!!, we came to take our yearly vacation, we appreciated Armand the manager, touring the coffee farm, we loved the rides on the ATV, thank you Armand, picking cucumbers on the farm was a lot of fun, the house is beautiful, Motty Thank you again, Deb, Peter, Joseph and Bristol

We came to the ranch to escape, we tour the farm, rent a boat and spent the day in Kona, you and your property made us feel really welcome, our family thankful to you all, we loved playing with Hauoli, thank you for the tour tips, we loved the beaches, shopping, boats, helicopter tour, Sea Horse farm was amazing tour, good places to eat, we will never forget the trip, amazing thank you so much Orian family!

we came to the Ranch to Relax, thank you so much Motty and Yun for unforgettable spring vacation, we don't want to leave !!!!, we loved the beautiful house, the quietness, the cooking tools and dishes, and diners, we loved your puppy Hauoli, the beautiful surrounding, the comfort beds, taking walks, the Foosball, we visit with family and friends we snorkeled, and loved the beaches, the fresh fruit, and Fish, we just loved every moment!

I appreciated the Beds! The Quite the Fresh produce, the ocean view, the hospitality of Armand and Natalie, you are awesome,lasting memory: Baby Cooper's first vacation, we enjoyed family time with beautiful and relaxing place, we loved Snorkeling, Visiting the Volcanoes, playing cards together, thank you for making your house so welcoming for us it is peaceful and beautiful, . thank you for providing us with an opportunity to be together, we were truly blessed by your hospitality
