This is a stunning 5 acre gated with long palm tree drive way coffee farm! There are 4 bedroom family home with a living room and dining room and 2.5 bathrooms on the property. We have exquisite views of the ocean and mountains that makes this property serene and cozy and very private!
We have expansive furniture ! Some of the amenities offered include board games for staying in fun like chess, foos ball and checkers. There is a 2002 Cadillac Escalade available for rental as well starting at $150.00 per day if needed.
Talia Ranch is a fully operational coffee farm that allows us to provide a free bag, a pound of coffee to each guest. Green fields of grass surround the property creating neatly tucked away hideaway feel while staying with us.
We here at Talia Ranch strive for excellence when and while renting out our property. High Season (Christmas-New Year) $290/Night (3 night minimum) $2030/Week, + tx.
Low Season .. $250/night (5 night minimum) ... $1750/week, + tx.
$1000 Deposit Which Will go towards the payment after Review of the House is Done.
Deposit is due one month before arrival.
$190/Cleaning fee due with deposit.
