This charming beach house is located on Cliff Ave. off Hwy 1 between Duncan's Landing and Wright's Beach. The name of the game here is RELAXATION! This home has large picture windows for spectacular views of the ocean. The front deck is glass enclosed, a perfect place to sit and enjoy some of California's incredible wines and watch the sun slip into the ocean at the day's end. Another great place to watch the sunset is from the loft. Open the sky lights and you can hear the waves crashing onto the sand and feel the crisp ocean breeze. What a way to fall asleep! The fenced back yard has a large deck with a barbeque, views of the hillside, a great place for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Wright's Beach is a short walk down the path where you can sit and read, walk along the beach or just watch the waves roll in. The town of Jenner (where the Russian River meets the Pacific Ocean) is just 5 miles away. This is a place to enjoy beautiful sunsets, watch the seals, kayak, or enjoy a fabulous meal at the River's End Restaurant. Not far from here is the quaint tiny town of Duncans Mills where you can visit art galleries, shop for antiques, do some wine tasting or enjoy a meal at one of the gourmet restaurants. Other activities close by would be to take a hike through Armstrong Redwood State Park, go canoeing or kayaking on the Russian River, champagne tasting at Korbel or take in a round of golf at Northwoods. Don't forget to visit the town of Bodega! |
