Little Bear Vacation Rental offers a comfortable, down-home, simply furnished 2-story townhouse in Chugiak, Alaska, that you can call adventure headquarters any time of the year. We have easy freeway access which allows you to get exploring in short order.
Chugiak is centrally located: 15 minutes to Anchorage, 15 minutes to Palmer-Wasilla and 5 minutes to downtown Eagle River.
We have 3 bedrooms: 1 with a king size bed, 1 with a full size bed and one with bunk beds:1 full and 1 twin. There is also a full size sleeper sofa, as well as a futon in the living room. We have an enclosed back yard with a border garden that the hosts are continually adding or changing plants for your viewing pleasure.
Some area attractions are the town of Chugiak-Eagle River, Eagle River Nature Center, Thunderbird Falls, Eklutna village and Eklutna Lake, shopping and sights in Anchorage, or go north to the Wasilla-Palmer area and visit the Musk Ox Farm, Reindeer Farm and the Iditarod Headquarters, just to name a few. Don't forget world class fishing and hunting!
