Welcome to our slice of paradise. Premier location at the famed Shores at Waikoloa, located at the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii. The Shores is known for its' lush tropical landscaping, koi ponds, peaceful, tranquil location - Hawaiiana at its' best. We chose this property because of its unique representation of classic Hawaiian living - it is not a "McCondo" that are being built on the island.

Located on the luxurious Kohala Coast, you are removed from the traffic, noise and heavy tourism in Kona. Just a 20 minute drive north of the Kona Airport.

Ours is a large corner unit, 2nd floor, very spacious, with 1,283 sqft indoor living area plus a very large (534 sqft) wrap-around lanai. The lanai has a wet bar and overlooks lawns, palm trees, a large koi pond & pool area, with wonderful sunset views. This extended outdoor living area offers you your own sanctuary for entertaining, or complete relaxation and private sunset dining.

Our condo provides comfort and privacy for 4 very easily, 6 is maximum occupancy.

Living area includes cable TV, DVD player and a small library of DVDs. A CD/AM/FM Stereo System includes an iPod docking station. High Speed Internet connection is also available. Cable TV is also included in master bedroom.


Many, many amenities located on property and at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Area. Other wonderful Kohala Coast resort communities, beaches, restaurants, golf, and shopping are a short drive away - including the Four Seasons Hualalai, Mauna Lani, Mauna Kea, and Hapuna.
