This 1400 foot home sleeps up to 8 people. Queen bed in master suite, two twin beds in 2nd bedroom and a daybed with pull out trundle in third bedroom that can sleep two people separately or can be made into one king size bed.There is also a hide a bed couch in the family room that makes into a double bed and sleeps two. Yard is fully fenced for your children's safety!!
If you or others in your party need to be working while you're trying to vacation, we have a modest office available for you, with free long distance in the continental United States, a fax machine with a dedicated line, and high speed internet service, all included!! Stay as long as you like, working from your satellite office, and finish your work day next to the beach!!!! Great for "getting away" and still managing your home-based business, or just as an "office away from the office". Sound like a guilty pleasure? It is!!! And we know it works, because we do it every year when we come to stay in our home by the ocean!!

We go to Lincoln City every year for a cribbage tournament that takes place at Chinook Winds Casino. This house is perfectly located...we didn't have to go out on the main road to get to the Casino. There was a bit of miscommunication, when we go to the house there were cleaning supplies all over and it wasn't completely cleaned. We made a call to Carol and she hadn't realized that there were renters for the weekend. By no means is this a complaint. We were going to be gone a few hours and she came right in and finished cleaning, it means a lot to see that this situation was handled wonderfully. We intend on renting again in the future.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Since we couldn't take our annual summer trip to the central Oregon coast, we found a few days the middle of October when we could get sand in the shoes. We hit the jackpot with the weather--days were in the mid 60s and sunny the whole time we were there. The house added greatly to the pleasant visit. The owners were easy to work with in setting up the trip; the instructions were clear. We're modest people, so the house fit quite nicely. The neighborhood is quiet. You can't see the ocean from the house, but a three minute walk will take you to the beach access. Of all the rentals we've done over the years, this is the best value we've found. We'll be back, I'm sure.

Very comfortable house with a great kitchen, big living room, and good sized family room. Beds are very comfortable. Not a luxury home but that's not what we're looking for. If you want a place that makes you feel at home, this is the one. Very fast DSL but not near the TV so we bought a 50 ft ethernet cable from Amazon for 12 bucks - worked great for Netflix through Xbox Live. Very quiet inside - you do not hear outside traffic. We'll definitely be back!!!

It was as welcoming as it looks. We absolutely loved our time we spent at this rental! It is open, clean, and it carries a sense of comfort that makes you almost feel as is you never left home. On top of everything else it is in a great location. It's quiet and relaxing, while also being a very short walk to the beach. I would highly recommened this rental to anyone who is looking for a great affordable vacation rental. You won't be dissapointed you chose this home.

We stayed at this rental and had a great time, there was plenty of room and since we had small kids the fenced yard was great for us! It is a beautiful home and we were very comfortable, a real home away from home. We plan to go back as often as we can, we have stayed in many other places on the coast and this is the nicest and the best value.

The house was super clean and in a very convenient location to everything. The decor is very warm and having internet, long distance, and cable proved very handy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and the rates are more than fair. We had a great time and hope to make it an annual adventure.

This house is so nice and clean, great location for couple or family vacation. I truly enjoyed my stay as did my family. Comforable beds, full kitchen and fenced yard, love it. I would highly recomend to family and friends.
