The apartment is in a condominium complex with private main gate, a nice courtyard, and five buildings. There is a manager/guard available 12 hours on weekdays. Free parking on the street. The complex is very quiet, safe and secure, fairly modern with a mix of European charm in its architecture. It's about 35 years old.
The apartment is very bright and sunny with an exposition at South and West. It's on the third floor, with elevator, in a four-floor building. It's a one-bedroom apartment of 70 square meters (about 800 square feet). There is a large living/dining room with exit to the terrace and the balcony, a comfortable kitchen with exit to the balcony, a bathroom, and a bedroom (see apartment's floor plan).
The apartment is newly renovated, completely furnished and equipped. There is a beautiful "parquet" floor, Italian stucco on the walls, terra-cotta tiles in the kitchen, bathroom, terrace, and balcony. The terrace and the balcony have blinds that it's possible to pull down as a protection from the sun and to create a more private area where you can watch TV, eat, study or simply rest. In the living/dining room there is a fold-out sofa with a queen-size bed.
The apartment can sleep four people comfortably, plus an extra single bed is available for a fifth person. In the kitchen there are built-in wood cabinets with a pull out table for eating in the kitchen and there is also a washing machine. In the bathroom there is a shower/bath tub, a European "bidet" and bamboo cabinets with a huge Italian marble counter. In the bedroom there is provided with a queen-size bed and handmade wood built-in furniture with cabinets covered with the same Italian stucco as the walls are.
