Large lot on Lake Winnepesaukee -- Meredith Bay. Mooring, Swim Float, Dock and Sandy Beach and Swim -- no rocks.
The kitchen is very large and well-equipped. The large living area with fireplace has a 12-foot window-wall-sliding glass door that faces the lake.
As the home faces ESE it is a pleasant place to sit, read, watch boats, and RELAX! Passive solar heats this room nicely in the winter.
There are sturdy steps and an easy short path to the lake.
It is an enjoyable 5 minute stroll "over street" to ice cream, movies, and shopping plus fine and casual dining and special events throughout the year.
Fireworks at The Weirs are visible from the dock Sunday evenings during the summer.
Occasional beach share with the neighbors/owner. Pets allowed on beach. (On really hot days!)

This house was clean with all the comforts of home and the location could not have been better. My teenage daughter and her friends were able to walk to the movies and ice cream shops at the end of the street; we took nightly walks to the waterfront in Meredith Bay and had the convenience of swimming in front of our house. The neighbors were friendly but there was also plenty of privacy. Ann was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend this property to others who may be looking for similar vacation.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
