Large lot on Lake Winnepesaukee -- Meredith Bay. Mooring, Swim Float, Dock and Sandy Beach and Swim -- no rocks.
The kitchen is very large and well-equipped. The large living area with fireplace has a 12-foot window-wall-sliding glass door that faces the lake.
As the home faces ESE it is a pleasant place to sit, read, watch boats, and RELAX!
There are sturdy steps and an easy short path to the water.
It is an enjoyable 5 minute stroll "over street" to ice cream, movies, and shopping plus fine and casual dining
Fireworks at The Weirs are visible from the dock Sunday evenings during the summer.
Occasional beach share with the neighbors/owner. Pets allowed on beach.
