Treat yourself to an unforgettable stay in a new luxurious huge villa, Casa Andalucia, (total space over 9000 spectacular sq ft!!!). This home is located in a private gated community with lush tropical gardens surrounding the home. It has a large private pool and is less than a two minute walk to the beach. Ocean views are available from most of the rooms. This private community with beautiful villas offers a secluded beach that is never crowded - our common treasure!
Playa Paraiso as an extension of Maroma Beach is one of the most beautiful in the world, as per Discovery and Travel Channels. It has a long stretch of white sand with excellent access to the blue Caribbean. It invites you for many long walks any time of the day just to clear your mind and absorb the beauty of nature.
The house has 5 large bedrooms, two with king beds, 1 with a queen and the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds that can be arranged as 1 king bed upon timely request and a double/full bed. The 5th bedroom has bunk beds; the full bed from the 4th BDR can be moved here if you wish.
Additional sleeping in library on 2 futons and 2 air mattresses anywhere in the house. The 2 bedrooms with king beds have private bathrooms. The bedroom number 3 and 5 share a bathroom with double sinks in 1 room and tub/toilet in another. Most bedrooms have private balconies with ocean views. All bedrooms have their own A/C unit with digital remote control and ceiling fans.
The downstairs feels very open. The kitchen is finished with granite countertops, 2 large refrigerators,Bosh appliances. It is fully equipped for your needs, with enough of plates, cups and cutlery. The dining area has a table for 8, bar with 3 barstools and more seating is on the outside terrace just steps away with additional 2 tables and seating for 10 people. The covered terrace opens to a large pool area and separates the kitchen from a main living room. This living room offers a large pool table, sofas and TV. Game room just next to it has more seating area with plenty of fun board games. The terrace is a real treasure of your holidays beacause you spend all the time there, by the pool and screened from the direct sun and enjoying the cool breeze from the ocean!!
The large L- shaped swimming pool is just a step from the kitchen, 14 m. (42 ft) long and excellent for lap swimming. The pool also has a shallow area for the kids. It is set in a professionally designed tropical garden with many palms, exotic trees and flowering plants. It is very private and romantic.
Roof top terrace offers a nice observation deck with stunning views of the area, ocean and night lights of Cozumel. It is a perfect location for early evening coctail!

Just returned from a 1 week stay at the house. Was a great trip! House is very spacious, gardens are beautiful, private pool is great -- especially for children, and owners Michelle and Milan were lovely! They checked on us several times, made sure we had plenty of ice and gave great suggestions for sight seeing and restaurants. Playa Paraiso is also in a nice location -- not far from Cancun airport, about 25 minutes from shopping area of Playa Del Carmen (including big Walmart for groceries), 50 minutes to ruins at Tulum. Access to Mayan Resort next door also a plus. Would reccomend staying here for any family traveling to Mexico.

Wow, what a great vacation house! Our travel group consisted of 6 adults and 5 children from ages 9 - 18. This house was perfect for us. It was absolutely beautiful, great bathrooms, showers, new appliances and so much room for everyone to sleep and find their own space in the house to enjoy their holiday. There is even a billiard's room right off the pool area. The pool is one of the nicest in the area. The house was just a short walk from a beautiful beach. The owners of the home gave us great advice as to shopping where to snorkel with sea turtles, tropical fish, etc. This was a highlight for us all. If you are looking for nightlife, shopping or more action, keep in mind that this is a gated community off the beaten track. Perfect for relaxing, but if you want to get around, we highly recommend renting a vehicle. They range from $50 per day for for a tiny convertible to $200 for an 8-passenger. In summary, we enjoyed this house and had a great vacation. P.S. This house was one of few with a dishwasher. Happy Holidays!

We rented the great house in February of 2008 and had 16 of staying there. The house is large enough that with that many people you can still find privacy. The House was actually prettier in person then the pictures. The pool was large with a big area for the kids, kitchen had all appliances you would need and there are 2 refrigerators for your use. Tennis court is just behind the house, the beach is a 5-minute walk, and there is a pool table, stereo, hammock and 2 TVs with DVD players to use. The hosts Michele and Milan stayed locally and were available for questions about restaurants, day trips or anything else you might need. We did visit The Myan Palace right next door a few times to use their huge pool and some of their restaurants. Definite recommend and we would stay again. Anthony, Los Angeles, CA

We stayed at this house the week of February 18th, 2008. It is a beautiful house, we had 16 people (7 adults, 2 teens & 7 kids below 8 years). I would highly recommend this rental. The kitchen was very large, we ate most lunches at the house and cooked 3 nights. The pool was very nice. It was great staying in a house with washer/dryer, especially with so many kids. There was a pool table, wireless internet and satellite TV (only the kids watched, we never even turned it on). The owners were great, they stopped by periodically to check on us. We used the Grand Mayan pools, they were very nice, and also ate there one night. Only negative comment was the patio tiles were very slippery, after the second kid slipped, we had to block it off and put towels down for them to wipe their feet so it was safer. Overall, a great place to rent.

We (party of 9) stayed at Casa Andalucia over Christmas, 2007. The house and grounds were perfect for our group; large common areas so we never felt packed in, and a very large- and very private- pool area. Most homes in the area do not offer the the same privacy. The owners were gracious and helpful and their home is very well maintained. In addition to the neighboring resorts, Casa Andalucia is very convenient to both Puerto Moreles and Playa del Carmen, but a rental car is a must.
