This luxurious condo is located ON Bryant-Denny Drive. It is in the middle of all the action. You will not believe the restaurants that are around you. They have it all. Not to mention that on game day you will not have to fight traffic or look for overpriced parking. All you do is literally stroll down to the game and watch the Crimson Tide defeat another visiting opponent and when it's all over, just stroll on back and relax! This is priceless. It is owned by a big tide fan with kids in highschool who rarely uses it (actually, I am not sure he remembers having it, so take advantage of him and get it on this before its booked up) This guy doesn't do anything cheap, so you will have no worries when you stay. For example, the beds have the most comfortable pillowtops on them and all have luxurious linens so you will get a good nights sleep after all of the excitement. He has also added an great HDTV television with an awesome Bose surround sound system. You have got to check it out! There have already been many emails about upcoming dates so if you are serious about finding a nice place to stay, you are not going to find anything closer or nicer at these prices so lock in now with a deposit before it's all gone.

We had the pleasure of renting this condo for our son's graduation. The location was terrific, convenient to all activities. The owner was in touch with us promptly answering questions and offering assistance. I would recommend this property for football weekends and more without hesitation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

We have stayed in this condo numerous times over the last 12+ months. It is in the perfect spot for hitting the downtown restaurants/bars and has plenty of parking. It is a pretty easy walk to the game...we plan to book it every time we come down for football weekends (2 or 3 times each season). It is very spacious so you will not feel cramped at all. The furnishings and overall decor are nice and the owners are easy to get along with and responsive to any needs that may arise. All-in-all this is a great place to stay while in Tuscaloosa. Roll Tide!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.
