The main home has 4 BR with 2 queen beds, 1 double bed, and one king. The guest house above the 3 car garage is fully decorated with a queen bed and living room as well as a bathroom and mini kitchenette.
Our home was built for a large family and it is truly a child's dream! It is in one of the best neighborhoods on the lake and our home sits on a 5 acre lot so there is plenty of room to play.
This luxury lakefront home is located in the city limits of Hartwell one mile from the heart of town. The main home contains four bedrooms and four full baths with a separate office, dining room, living room, wet bar, sunroom and professional kitchen. The studio apartment above the 3 car garage fully decked out as well. It has it's own full bath and mini-kitchenette. The real fun begins as you step outside to the pristine gunite pool with lounge chairs, gas grill, tree house, air conditioned playhouse, jungle gym with slide, trampoline, and covered dock.
The master suite downstairs takes up the entire west end of the home with a king bed with luxury linens, mahogany furnishing, cable TV with DVD, private veranda, sitting room, Kohler garden tub seats two persons, separate tile shower, double sinks, and walk in closet.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and two baths. The "Blue Room" containing a queen bed, original oil paintings, and attached full bath. The "Cinnamon Room" is charming with a 19th century iron bed (double) and a view of the back yard. This room shares a bath with the "Mocha Room" containing a queen bed, built in cabinetry, and a work desk.
Downstairs the living room is a place where your family can relax and play board games or enjoy the DVD library. The sunroom is attached to the living room and is a great place to relax while you watch your guests in the pool and backyard. The kitchen is well equipped with a Sub Zero refrigerator, indoor grill, wet bar, and a comfortable oversized chair where you can relax. Cabinets are fully stocked with dishes, cooking supplies, and utensils. Everything you could EVER need to cook a gourmet meal is at your fingertips.
The 900 square foot studio area above the 3 car garage is decorated beautifully with a queen bed and oversized furniture. It contains a full bath.
The house is situated on 5 acres with over 200 feet of shoreline. There is a short walk down the lit path through the trees to the lake. The private covered dock welcomes you to enjoy Lake Hartwell! Water level varies seasonally.
