Don’t miss the beautiful large private lap/recreation pool and pool deck with full Tiki Bar/outdoor kitchen and the large, private home theatre. Guests may use Pine Island Raquet Club and Fitness Center in Duck. Children's playequipment at the house (ages 3-10).
BEDDING: Five KINGS, 2 Duo Bunks(SLEEPS SIX), 1 QUEE SLEEPER SOFA, 1 DOUBLE SLEEPER SOFA and four twin rollaways. Bedrooms are extra-large in size.
Racquet and Fitness Center: Two hours of tennis court time are included in the weekly rental fee; additional court time may be arranged with the owner. Unlimited use of the Pine Island Fitness Center is included (new weight training and treadmill equipment, lockers and showers).
L1: One large bunk room (sleeps up to six), one full bath, private home theatre with 70-inch screen and surround sound, game room with pool table, sit-down bar and mini-kitchen,second full refrigerator, third dishwasher, two outside showers, one cabana bath/powder room which serves pool area. Large private pool and hot tub, this level.

Pool area: Gated, heated, large lap/recreation pool (43’ x 14’), hot tub, large pool deck, fully-equipped Tiki Bar with counter seating for four, separate ice maker, under-the-counter refrigerator. Ample deck furniture. Gas grill in yard.
L2: Four large master bedrooms, 4 kings, four full baths, deck/pool access, ocean views from 3 of four bedrooms. One bedroom is handicap-friendly. One extra-large king bedroom also has a double sleeper sofa/futon for additional sleeping space.
L3: Top Level. Excellent Ocean views throughout this entire level. One large king bedroom,full bath, double-massage shower for two, garden tub and ocean views from deck near this bedroom. Great room with large TV, dining for 16; plus counter seating for 6, I-pod sound dock, large gourmet kitchen(big enough for two cooks) with expansive buffet serving area, double oven, 4-burner cooktop, separate ice maker, large refrigerator, two dishwashers, large pantry. Deck access to expansive ocean-viewing area.Deck furniture.
L4: Shipswatch/loft with office/study area, desk with WiFi access for guest laptops, ocean views. One double futon in this location.
Other amenities: Elevator serves house levels 1-3. WiFi Internet access. Level parking for 8, multiple, games/books, DVDs, ample deck furniture, standard manual wheelchair.
Pool available April 1- October 30 each year. Pool may be heated for additional fee upon arrangement; heated pool is not available during the months of July and August.
