Casa Sol Sonriente is on the Pacific side of the Pedregal community. It's a private home that we rent on occasion. Watch the spray of waves crash on the private Pedregal beach, the view is unforgetable. Throughout the day, watch yachts and cruise ships pass by, fishing boats leave for the fishing grounds in the morning and then pass the house going back to the Cabo Harbor in the late afternoon, and, at times, migrating whales from the home or from the infinity pool. There are 3 large private bedrooms one is a private Casita, a seperate bedroom with a sitting area a large bathroom and it's own kitchen--it's like an apartment. The home has 3.5 baths with a total of about 3,000 square feet of interior space, there is a water purification system and a pressure water system to supply good, clean water throughout the casa. There is a family room next to the pool where a Dish Network satellite TV system is, along with a Bose sound system to play CD's or plug in your I-pod, or watch one of a 150+ movies, there are VCR's and DVD players with all the TVs. There's a wet-bar and a refrigerator in the family room, the built in "sauna" is large enough for 10, take a sauna then it's a few steps across the family room walk out to the pool, go ahead jump in, HEY YOU'RE IN CABO. There is a Gas BBQ and maid service that can be arranged daily or you can have a cook if you want (that will cost a bit more). The home is equipped with wireless internet throughout, 3 TV's, 3 VCR's, 3 DVD players and telephones for local calls. Call to have pizza delivered if you don't want to cook? This is a great home to get away from the sounds of Cabo at night, from the home at night all you hear is the Ocean and the lights you watch are the stars. You can drive to the harbor or the center of town in 5 minutes. There's the private Pedregal beach just down from the home, some of the best surf fishing in Cabo is on the beach just down from the Casa. The best beaches to swim or snorkle are about a 15 minute drive. We have good snorkle gear for 4 and 3 surf fishing rods with spinning reels along with casting lures and tackle for your use. There is beach stuff too, beach towels, umbrella, coolers, chairs, ect. There is even a ocean kayak for two with paddles if you're so inclined. After hanging at the beach, fishing, or snorkeling, come home, clean up then we'll see you at Baja Cantina for a cold one..... For more info, give me a call or email me. Sol Sonriente rents for a bit less than other comparable homes in the Pedregal.
I want to be fair and I try to avoid renting to spring breakers and others that
might not respect that this is a private home. Thanks
