This is a beautifully decorated home located across the way from Bermuda Dunes Country Club, home of the Bob Hope Desert Chrysler Classic PGA Golf Tournament, where many Pros and celebrities come to play in January. We are located in a small gated community within the Bermuda Dunes Country Club.
This is a spacious 2,200 square foot home, featuring three bedrooms with three baths and a fantastic size Great room. From the moment you open the door you are greeted with a tastefully decorated living area, kitchen, and breakfast nook. 14 foot ceilings with beautiful views of the mountains and the famous Bermuda Dunes Country Club fairways and Lake. Absolutely breathtaking and relaxing!
The living area features a gas fireplace, 55 inch HDTV, DVD player, and a patio with comfortable seating for your relaxing pleasure. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features modern appliances and a dining nook surrounded with glass windows and breath-taking views.
The king master suite holds a huge marble, limestone bath tub and a 25 inch TV. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and 20 inch TV, as well as an attached bathroom. The third bedroom has two full size beds and a full detached bathroom.
This beautiful home is just minutes away from outstanding golf courses, including Landmark, Trilogy (home of the Skins Game), PGA West, and Rancho La Quinta. Also nearby is the Indian Wells Tennis Stadium, home of the West Coast Pro Circuit and the site of headliner concerts. The restaurants in the area are amazing and endless, varied from casual patio dining to gourmet fine dining, all within minutes from home!
You can shop on the famed El Paseo Drive (the desert's Rodeo Drive), the Premium Outlets (just 30 minutes away), and of course, the local fairs and artisan shops.
The Desert offers many opportunities for leisurely activities and pure relaxation!
