  Everything as advertised. Plush, clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 6 people. Kitchen has everything you need. Pool and clubhouse were wonderful. Close to everything and a Publix right next door. Quiet location. Don't hesitate to pick this unit!!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This was all of our first time to Disney and we had a magical time. But coming back to a comfortable townhouse instead of a room was essential for us. There were seven of us that went, (My husband and I, our three children, and my parents) and we all had our own space. They also have all the necessary items for a baby/toddler and it was so nice that we didn't have to pack those things with us. The townhouse was clean, and had everything you need to have a great vacation! Sandy always promptly answered any emails I sent her and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property! It was also very well priced and was a great value versus staying on Disney in a smaller room!

  Traveling with a four year old and a five month old, this was as close to being in our own home as we would find. Having all of the equipment needed for a baby was extremely helpful. The unit itself was beautiful. My four year old daughter loved the fact that she had her own bathroom. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. It took us about 15 minutes to get to Disney and 5 to get to Sea World. Just for any further renters, if you are going to go food shopping, try the Super Walmart. Publix is very expensive. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

  We travel twice a year, and this town home was an excellent choice for our family vacation. We have rented Condo's in the past, but this property is by far superior. The owner has taken pride in this property and it shows. It was extremely clean, modern & spacious. It is close to all amenities and Disney. I would recommend this to anyone. 5 star accommodation!

  Goodness, where shall I begin, our whole experience was exceptionally comfortable and positive! This was our first time booking from vrbo. com. Our booking experience began in Sept. 2012. I exchanged a few emails with the owner Sandy; her responses were always prompt, informative and totally helpful. I felt completely at ease communicating with her. Our party was the max at 8 guests - 2 families - (4 adults 4 children ages 10, 9, 9, 5) and the spaciousness and layout of this home/condo could not have been better. We never felt we were in each others space or on top of each other. This home particularly appealed to me because it was in a gated community (small kids) the location and proximity of the attractions we wanted to visit and how roomy it was. By no means are we "high maintenance" people but we do appreciate attention to detail and a certain comfort level. This condo delivers 100%. Upon entering the home, the "feel" of it was so homey and relaxed. It is evident that much love and care goes into maintaining this home. Everything is in meticulous and clean condition; nothing is frayed, run down or shabby. The condition and amenities of this condo is just as the description reads and everything reflects the photos accurately. The towels were thick, fluffy and abundant. The sheets were soft cotton. The decor is bright, cheery and aesthetically pleasing. I was very impressed at how informed you were with EVERYTHING; the organization of all the info was truly over the top. The kitchen has every imaginable tool, lots of dish ware, great coffee cups and plenty of space to prepare a good meal. We LOVED that the two masters were floors apart, it made for such privacy and personal space. We stayed on the first floor master and the bed was SUPER comfortable as were the pillows! The water pressure in the shower is CRAZY good! The children loved the Wii and LOVED the pool even more. The clubhouse is gorgeous and the pool is HUGE. The surrounding grounds are very peaceful for a walk and everyone in the gates was very friendly and courteous. It was fabulous to have the Public grocery 2 min. from the house ! We also dined at the NYPD Pizza and the Chinese place. Both were very good. We also had mani/pedi's at the neighboring Nail Spa and felt the service was outstanding ! The best part for us (well for me, the laundress!) was going home with CLEAN CLOTHES ! Great efficient washer and dryer. Thank you Sandy and Rick! Meredith M.

  My family was celebrating my Grandson's 5th birthday at Disney. The townhome was absolutely pefect! Perfect location(literally 6 -8 minutes to the theme parks), nice part of town-we felt very safe-plus the resort is gated! It was so nice to have the Publix and Walgreens less than 3 minutes from our door! The amenities were great! Sometimes its the little things that mean the most-plenty of hangers in the closet-PLENTY of towels in each bathroom-alarm clocks-ceiling fans etc. It is beautifully decorated and is exactly what you see on the website. It smelled so clean and fresh when we walked in and the place was immaculate. Such a bargain for the square footage you get-unlike the tiny rooms at some of the resort hotels at Disney. My grandson loved the game room at the club house and the pool area was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. It was a very easy booking process and the owners of the townhome are very friendly, helpful, and very organized. If you are looking for a beautiful home away from home with ALL amenities- very close to all attractions- very clean- and priced right-look no further- you found it!

  The condo was spotless, and stocked with supplies just as described. Everything we used was in working order. The location is very centrally located to the many theme parks in the area shopping and restaurants. Beds and other furniture are quite comfortable. If you have infants/toddlers don't hesitate to book this condo....everything you will need is there for your use. Exceptional property and will look into staying there again if the opportunity arises.

  This home was absolutely beautiful and in pristine condition. The owners were extremely helpful in providing us with additional information such as where to eat or buy tickets for our outings. They made sure all arrangements were in order. Upon arrival all the necessary items were there in the condo and there was no immediate need to rush out to the grocery store for staple items. The home decor was lovely and we had everything we needed. The location was superb with grocery stores, pizza houses, and many restaurants nearby. It was a great vacation and we look forward to returning before long. I'd rate this condo a 10.

  Well, what can I say... This town home is Wow! Pre-travel - Owners were brilliant from the outset. We live in the uk and they live in the USA however every email was answered quickly. They were there to advise not only about the rental but about location, amenities and anything else you could think of. All entry information (coded entry) was sent well in advance so no stressing over getting keys etc - straight from airport to bed! Accommodation - Fantastic! No other words need to be used. The home looks brand new. Beds were soooo comfy and everything was wonderfully clean. There was nothing we lacked during our stay (kitchen equipment, lots of big towels for both home and pool use, washing / drying facilities, etc etc). There was a tv in all bedrooms as well as the lounge with an endless amount of channels. The Wii was also great fun. Location - Vista Cay is in a great location for access to all the parks. It's really close to sea world / discovery cove but it doesn't take long to get anywhere. Can recommend NYPD pizza (walking distance) for both take out and eat in (great pizza and friendly staff - make you feel like a local). The publix supermarket next to NYPD is a brilliant quiet supermarket with the best take out subs! Walgreens is right next door to Vista Cay, which is really handy. Vista Cay pool was always quiet whilst we were there - lots of sunbeds, really clean and welcoming jacuzzi, help to make it really relaxing. The on site shop (lovely coffee) and games room were also well used by us. All the members of staff we met at Vista Cay were very helpful and the whole area felt safe. This is a very honest review of this property - I honestly cannot fault the property, Vista Cay or the location at all. The only negative is that we are all the way back in the UK desperately trying to save pennies cents to return at some stage!

Additional information about rental rates

Please note that base rate is an average daily rate. Most rates above are based on 2013 rates and may vary within specific time periods. Holiday season varies with calendar year. Minimum stays are 5 to 7 nights and may vary for specific weeks. Ask about shorter stays when a gap is available or when last minute availability occurs. Please e-mail or call for an exact quote.

A $250 reservation deposit is required. The remainder of the rental cost is due 45 days before date of arrival. There is a $350 security deposit, which is refundable after inspection of home as per the terms and conditions of booking. In lieu of the $350 security deposit, guest has option of purchasing security deposit protection insurance (non-refundable) for a $45 fee.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

There is a $90 exit clean fee on all stays of less than 7 nights. All rental costs are subject to 12.5% taxes.
