Welcome to our brand new three bedroom, three and one-half bath Tuscan-themed townhome in Vista Cay at Harbor Square providing three levels of privacy, luxury, and comfort. Our near 1800 square ft. townhome is professionally decorated and luxuriously appointed focusing on the comfort of the guests who frequent it. Custom features include decorative painting and extra curtains. For the utmost comfort also included are two king master suites. Both king beds have premium pillowtop mattresses.
One master suite is located on the first floor and has French doors leading out to a patio. The other Master suite is located on the third floor and includes a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two single beds and is located across from the master suite on the third floor with generous spacing between the two for privacy. Each spacious bedroom has its own private luxuriously decorated bathroom. All bedrooms include a 20 inch LG LCD TV and DVD player. A hair dryer is included in each bedroom.
The second floor boasts a large living area with an open floor plan and large windows to allow for a lot of lighting. The large great room area leads to an 8-foot sliding glass door that opens to a balcony overlooking the patio below and a spacious grassy area. The great room is nicely decorated in bright tropical colors. For your enjoyment, the living room has a 42 inch Panasonic plasma television with a stereo system, DVD player, and a Play Station 2. The sofa converts to a queen-size bed for additional sleeping area if necessary. Hi-Definition cable services are included with access to 230 channels plus premium channels and Wi-Fi internet. Starting June 2008, we will have long distance calling and international calling to 40 countries. There is a full size kitchen with corian countertops, cherry cabinets, and all appliances, including a double refrigerator with an ice maker and a water dispenser. The kitchen is fully equipped to create a wonderful meal! We provide complimentary coffee and teas upon your arrival.
