Welcome to our new (6/07) three bedroom, three and one-half bath Tuscan-themed townhome in Vista Cay at Harbor Square providing three levels of privacy, luxury, and comfort. Our near 1800 square ft. townhome is professionally decorated and luxuriously appointed focusing on the comfort of the guests who frequent it. Custom features include decorative painting, extra curtains, and ceiling fans were added throughout. For the utmost comfort also included are two king master suites. Both king beds have premium pillowtop mattresses.
One master suite is located on the first floor and has French doors leading out to a patio. The other Master suite is located on the third floor and includes a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two single beds and premium pillowtop mattresses is located across from the master suite on the third floor with generous spacing between the two for privacy. Each spacious bedroom has its own private luxuriously decorated bathroom. All bedrooms include a 20 inch LG LCD TV and DVD player. A hair dryer is included in each bedroom. Ceiling fans were added to all bedrooms. Enjoy the Play Station 2 console (bring games and memory card) and Wii game system and 14 games provided. We also have a security system, secure keyless entry system, and provide a safe (fits laptop) for your use.
The second floor boasts a large living area with an open floor plan and large windows to allow for a lot of lighting. The large great room area leads to an 8-foot sliding glass door that opens to a balcony overlooking the patio below and a spacious grassy area. The great room is nicely decorated in bright tropical colors. For your enjoyment, the living room has a 42 inch Panasonic plasma television with a stereo system and a DVD player. The sofa converts to a queen-size bed for additional sleeping area if necessary. Hi-Definition cable services are included with access to 230 channels (throughout) plus premium channels (living area) and high speed cable wired and Wi-Fi internet. Also included in your rental is long distance calling and international calling to over 40 countries (some limitations apply). There is a full size kitchen with corian countertops, cherry cabinets, and all appliances, including a double refrigerator with an ice maker and a water dispenser. The kitchen is fully equipped to create a wonderful meal! We provide complimentary coffee and teas upon your arrival. We even provide the electric kettle and tea pot for the perfect cup of tea!
Vista Cay is a gated community providing a world of recreational experiences and featuring a state of the art clubhouse which offers amenities for every traveler to include: a resort-style pool with multi-level deck space, children's play area, spa, and sports court; game room; fitness center; theater; internet library; and flexible meeting rooms. Relax and enjoy the gorgeous landscaping as you walk around the beautiful Lake Cay where you can get a view of the Nation's second largest convention center.
Universal Boulevard surrounds this 1500-acre master planned development and International Drive is only one-half mile away. For the person who loves to golf, across the street is the new Shingle Creek Golf Course and there are 20 golf courses within 10 miles. Universal Studios is only 3 miles away, Sea World and the new water park--Aquatica only 1 mile, and Disney World only 6 to 8 miles. You can get almost anywhere within 10 minutes. There is a new Publix and a Chinese restaurant, NYPD Pizza, and nails salon across the street! The NYPD Pizza and Chinese Restaurant are sit down restaurants with beer and wine available. A new Walgreens is also right next door.
For the traveler who does not like the hot car, likes to store golfing equipment, or the business traveler who has displays, a one-car garage is included (this is in addition to the 1800 square feet of living space). There is also parking for an another car in the omni-stone driveway. There is a full-size washer and dryer, an ironing board and an iron and all towels and linens are included, as well as beach towels.
Included in your rental upon request is a hotel quality compact crib with 4" innerspring mattress, Graco pack'n play with bassinet and changer and mattress pad, 2 bed rails, Fisher Price Raiforest high chair, booster seat, two stair gaes with installation hardware at the top of each stairs and a full size stroller. Why the Owner Chose Orlando
We absolutely love Vista Cay! We purchased this property after visiting Disney World in February and seeing the beautiful roses blooming in Epcot Center. We live in Pennsylvania, and sometimes February can be quite gloomy with the weather we get. We came home and started looking for "a place in the sun." Vista Cay provides a great location with its central location to Disney, Universal, Sea World, and Aquatica; it is also very close to International Drive with its many restaurants, shopping areas, and festivities. We love being part of the rental industry in the vacation capital of the world.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We love having our coffee in the morning on the balcony or patio and then taking a walk around the beautifully landscaped lake. We also love to dine at Bahama Breeze on International Drive. The brand new Publix next store is a wonderful place, as they sell about everything, and the staff there are so friendly. We love the new Chinese Restaurant and the NYPD Pizza within the Publix Plaza. It is great to just be able to walk over there in a couple of minutes and sit down and have a meal when we don't feel like driving anywhere. We also love the nice assortments of wines that Publix offers.

My husband and I are recently retired. I was a stay at home mother and completed my education as an adult. I was fortunate to then practice as a school psychologist/behavior analyst/autism consultant in the Public School System for 15 years. My husband, Rick, practiced as an engineer/MBA in the railroad industry for 39 years. We love visiting Florida and taking care of our two properties there, and keep them within the highest standards for the vacationers that frequent them. Our guests are very important to us! We spend much of our time with our grandchildren, who are now almost 4 and 6--they are the highlight of our lives! We are just beginning to travel more; basically, we are just trying to take time to realize our priorities and "smell the roses."

Everything as advertised. Plush, clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 6 people. Kitchen has everything you need. Pool and clubhouse were wonderful. Close to everything and a Publix right next door. Quiet location. Don't hesitate to pick this unit!!

This townhouse was all that the pictures showed and more. It was very clean and well furnished. I am a bit of a clean freak. I won't stay anyware if it isn't clean. There were plenty of linens and more. They thought of everything. It helped make my family vaction worry free and very relaxing. I recommend this rental to anyone staying in orlando and will keep this info on file for my next vacation to Orlando as well.

Great Base for Universal and Wet'nWild

We decided to take our 2 kids back to Orlando this Autumn to spend time at Universal, Wet+Wild and also go back to the Magic kingdom for their not-so-scarry halloween party. Because we wanted flexibility to get to the various parks Vista Cay seemed like a great location,and we like to use the Dibb website as I really feel part of a trusting community. Booking the town house was easy and straight forward, and we were e-mailed the entrance codes to the gated community and house, especially useful when you are arriving late. It was easy to navigate to the resort from MCO and we were there in less than 15 minutes without a single wrong turn. The pictures really don't do the house justice. It is immaculate, well laid aout and feels just like staying with friends rather than renting. The kitchen was well stocked with provisions and equipment; even tea and coffee for the first morning! The kids loved the space, the quality TV+DVD in each room and the choice of TV channels, Wii and PS2. The bathrooms are luxurious, and the washing machine and dryer in the garage and so effective we hardly needed to pack spare clothes. After staying in other resorts we were pleasently suprised by the friendliness and facilities at the clubhouse and the great pool.... so great we had trouble getting our kids to the parks! It is so easy to navigate to Universal, wet+wild and Sea World... just drive straight along Universal Boulevard and you are there! We wasted no time in traffic, and the local Publix less than a block away is one of the friendliest supermarkets I've been into for a long time. I would not hesitate to recomend this townhouse to any family interested in a relaxing base to explore Orlando. Our kids are 9 and 11 but there was so much equipment left in the house for younger kids; stair gates, cots,high chairs and even a pram...going here with a younger family would be so easy and save you taking so much stuff! The home alarm system and built in safe were great,but the whole complex felt safe, friendly and secure. I would definitely go back.... allI need now is to plan the next trip!

This condo is in a great location for a convention. The condo itself had everything you need and was quite spacious. The king beds were very comfortable. Each bedroom had a large bathroom and closet. The kitchen is every woman's dream. I was there for a convention, but found time to go to Universal and Sea World. My tip would be the Luau at Sea World, which I found to be a great value for families. Can't say enough about the large pool and hot tub. Didn't want to leave. Certainly would stay again.

5 Star Experience! We have just returned from an fantastic week at this condo. The home is absolutely beautiful and immaculate. Every possible cooking utensil is available and clean. The layout was perfect for two families (3 adults and two children). The location is ideal. We visited all 4 Disney parks and Sea World and only used 1/2 a tank of gas all week! Publixs Market is within walking distance and a brand new Walgreens just openned up on the property. The complex is located in an area that is ideal for walking. We visited cows every morning across the street. There is an NYPD Pizza restaurant ( absolutely mobbed) which we also enjoyed right by the Publix market which also delivers. All in all this was a spectacular spot and I will highly recommend it to family and friends.

Hi Sandy We arrived back in the UK on Saturday only slightly jet lagged after a wonder holiday in Florida. Unfortunately the weather nowhere near as hot and glorious as Florida :(( Just wanted to say a BIG thank you for letting us stay in you lovely home in Vista Cay. It was in a great location and excellently furnished, you have thought of everything and the kids were always entertained. We definitely looked after it and treated it just like our home, so thank you. We will definitely bear you in mind should we visit Florida again in the near future. Drammen, Norwaty CONVENIENT AND FUNCTIONAL Checking in was very efficient, no wasting time. Well equipped condo. Tasteful interior. Located in a short distance from major attractions. Spacious pool area which was tidy.
