  This was all of our first time to Disney and we had a magical time. But coming back to a comfortable townhouse instead of a room was essential for us. There were seven of us that went, (My husband and I, our three children, and my parents) and we all had our own space. They also have all the necessary items for a baby/toddler and it was so nice that we didn't have to pack those things with us. The townhouse was clean, and had everything you need to have a great vacation! Sandy always promptly answered any emails I sent her and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property! It was also very well priced and was a great value versus staying on Disney in a smaller room!

  Goodness, where shall I begin, our whole experience was exceptionally comfortable and positive! This was our first time booking from vrbo. com. Our booking experience began in Sept. 2012. I exchanged a few emails with the owner Sandy; her responses were always prompt, informative and totally helpful. I felt completely at ease communicating with her. Our party was the max at 8 guests - 2 families - (4 adults 4 children ages 10, 9, 9, 5) and the spaciousness and layout of this home/condo could not have been better. We never felt we were in each others space or on top of each other. This home particularly appealed to me because it was in a gated community (small kids) the location and proximity of the attractions we wanted to visit and how roomy it was. By no means are we "high maintenance" people but we do appreciate attention to detail and a certain comfort level. This condo delivers 100%. Upon entering the home, the "feel" of it was so homey and relaxed. It is evident that much love and care goes into maintaining this home. Everything is in meticulous and clean condition; nothing is frayed, run down or shabby. The condition and amenities of this condo is just as the description reads and everything reflects the photos accurately. The towels were thick, fluffy and abundant. The sheets were soft cotton. The decor is bright, cheery and aesthetically pleasing. I was very impressed at how informed you were with EVERYTHING; the organization of all the info was truly over the top. The kitchen has every imaginable tool, lots of dish ware, great coffee cups and plenty of space to prepare a good meal. We LOVED that the two masters were floors apart, it made for such privacy and personal space. We stayed on the first floor master and the bed was SUPER comfortable as were the pillows! The water pressure in the shower is CRAZY good! The children loved the Wii and LOVED the pool even more. The clubhouse is gorgeous and the pool is HUGE. The surrounding grounds are very peaceful for a walk and everyone in the gates was very friendly and courteous. It was fabulous to have the Public grocery 2 min. from the house ! We also dined at the NYPD Pizza and the Chinese place. Both were very good. We also had mani/pedi's at the neighboring Nail Spa and felt the service was outstanding ! The best part for us (well for me, the laundress!) was going home with CLEAN CLOTHES ! Great efficient washer and dryer. Thank you Sandy and Rick! Meredith M.

Vista Cay is second to none for location and we are very pleased that you enjoyed the wonderful pool and beautiful landscaping of the resort. It is great to take walks around the lake or to visit the pool and look out to the beautiful Lake Cay. And definitely a washer and dryer makes all the difference. Please come back and visit us again.   Traveling with a four year old and a five month old, this was as close to being in our own home as we would find. Having all of the equipment needed for a baby was extremely helpful. The unit itself was beautiful. My four year old daughter loved the fact that she had her own bathroom. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. It took us about 15 minutes to get to Disney and 5 to get to Sea World. Just for any further renters, if you are going to go food shopping, try the Super Walmart. Publix is very expensive. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

  We travel twice a year, and this town home was an excellent choice for our family vacation. We have rented Condo's in the past, but this property is by far superior. The owner has taken pride in this property and it shows. It was extremely clean, modern & spacious. It is close to all amenities and Disney. I would recommend this to anyone. 5 star accommodation!

  My family was celebrating my Grandson's 5th birthday at Disney. The townhome was absolutely pefect! Perfect location(literally 6 -8 minutes to the theme parks), nice part of town-we felt very safe-plus the resort is gated! It was so nice to have the Publix and Walgreens less than 3 minutes from our door! The amenities were great! Sometimes its the little things that mean the most-plenty of hangers in the closet-PLENTY of towels in each bathroom-alarm clocks-ceiling fans etc. It is beautifully decorated and is exactly what you see on the website. It smelled so clean and fresh when we walked in and the place was immaculate. Such a bargain for the square footage you get-unlike the tiny rooms at some of the resort hotels at Disney. My grandson loved the game room at the club house and the pool area was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. It was a very easy booking process and the owners of the townhome are very friendly, helpful, and very organized. If you are looking for a beautiful home away from home with ALL amenities- very close to all attractions- very clean- and priced right-look no further- you found it!

  The condo was spotless, and stocked with supplies just as described. Everything we used was in working order. The location is very centrally located to the many theme parks in the area shopping and restaurants. Beds and other furniture are quite comfortable. If you have infants/toddlers don't hesitate to book this condo....everything you will need is there for your use. Exceptional property and will look into staying there again if the opportunity arises.

  This home was absolutely beautiful and in pristine condition. The owners were extremely helpful in providing us with additional information such as where to eat or buy tickets for our outings. They made sure all arrangements were in order. Upon arrival all the necessary items were there in the condo and there was no immediate need to rush out to the grocery store for staple items. The home decor was lovely and we had everything we needed. The location was superb with grocery stores, pizza houses, and many restaurants nearby. It was a great vacation and we look forward to returning before long. I'd rate this condo a 10.

  We stayed at Vista Cay last year and were keen to return this year. This townhouse lived up to all it advertises and more. It is beautiful. The little extra touches ie coffee, tea, bin bags etc were very welcome. I just wished we'd looked before we had been to Publix! The beds and living area are extremely comfortable and TV's and gaming in each room for our boys went down a treat. All in all, a simply stunning and immaculate home. Thank you for a great stay!

  Due to flight delays we did not arrive until very late at night, but fortunately the arrangements that were made prior to arriving made settling in so easy. We chose this VRBO because of the baby accessories provided (i.e. crib, high chair, etc), and this place did not disappoint! The place was clean and comfortable. The resort was quiet, and close to shopping and attractions. The next time we are in Orlando, we will definitely return here!

  Well, what can I say... This town home is Wow! Pre-travel - Owners were brilliant from the outset. We live in the uk and they live in the USA however every email was answered quickly. They were there to advise not only about the rental but about location, amenities and anything else you could think of. All entry information (coded entry) was sent well in advance so no stressing over getting keys etc - straight from airport to bed! Accommodation - Fantastic! No other words need to be used. The home looks brand new. Beds were soooo comfy and everything was wonderfully clean. There was nothing we lacked during our stay (kitchen equipment, lots of big towels for both home and pool use, washing / drying facilities, etc etc). There was a tv in all bedrooms as well as the lounge with an endless amount of channels. The Wii was also great fun. Location - Vista Cay is in a great location for access to all the parks. It's really close to sea world / discovery cove but it doesn't take long to get anywhere. Can recommend NYPD pizza (walking distance) for both take out and eat in (great pizza and friendly staff - make you feel like a local). The publix supermarket next to NYPD is a brilliant quiet supermarket with the best take out subs! Walgreens is right next door to Vista Cay, which is really handy. Vista Cay pool was always quiet whilst we were there - lots of sunbeds, really clean and welcoming jacuzzi, help to make it really relaxing. The on site shop (lovely coffee) and games room were also well used by us. All the members of staff we met at Vista Cay were very helpful and the whole area felt safe. This is a very honest review of this property - I honestly cannot fault the property, Vista Cay or the location at all. The only negative is that we are all the way back in the UK desperately trying to save pennies cents to return at some stage!

  This townhouse was all that the pictures showed and more. It was very clean and well furnished. I am a bit of a clean freak. I won't stay anyware if it isn't clean. There were plenty of linens and more. They thought of everything. It helped make my family vaction worry free and very relaxing. I recommend this rental to anyone staying in orlando and will keep this info on file for my next vacation to Orlando as well.

  We decided to take our 2 kids back to Orlando this Autumn to spend time at Universal, Wet+Wild and also go back to the Magic kingdom for their not-so-scarry halloween party. Because we wanted flexibility to get to the various parks Vista Cay seemed like a great location,and we like to use the Dibb website as I really feel part of a trusting community. Booking the town house was easy and straight forward, and we were e-mailed the entrance codes to the gated community and house, especially useful when you are arriving late. It was easy to navigate to the resort from MCO and we were there in less than 15 minutes without a single wrong turn. The pictures really don't do the house justice. It is immaculate, well laid aout and feels just like staying with friends rather than renting. The kitchen was well stocked with provisions and equipment; even tea and coffee for the first morning! The kids loved the space, the quality TV+DVD in each room and the choice of TV channels, Wii and PS2. The bathrooms are luxurious, and the washing machine and dryer in the garage and so effective we hardly needed to pack spare clothes. After staying in other resorts we were pleasently suprised by the friendliness and facilities at the clubhouse and the great pool.... so great we had trouble getting our kids to the parks! It is so easy to navigate to Universal, wet+wild and Sea World... just drive straight along Universal Boulevard and you are there! We wasted no time in traffic, and the local Publix less than a block away is one of the friendliest supermarkets I've been into for a long time. I would not hesitate to recomend this townhouse to any family interested in a relaxing base to explore Orlando. Our kids are 9 and 11 but there was so much equipment left in the house for younger kids; stair gates, cots,high chairs and even a pram...going here with a younger family would be so easy and save you taking so much stuff! The home alarm system and built in safe were great,but the whole complex felt safe, friendly and secure. I would definitely go back.... allI need now is to plan the next trip!

  This condo is in a great location for a convention. The condo itself had everything you need and was quite spacious. The king beds were very comfortable. Each bedroom had a large bathroom and closet. The kitchen is every woman's dream. I was there for a convention, but found time to go to Universal and Sea World. My tip would be the Luau at Sea World, which I found to be a great value for families. Can't say enough about the large pool and hot tub. Didn't want to leave. Certainly would stay again.

  Hi Sandy We arrived back in the UK on Saturday only slightly jet lagged after a wonder holiday in Florida. Unfortunately the weather nowhere near as hot and glorious as Florida :(( Just wanted to say a BIG thank you for letting us stay in you lovely home in Vista Cay. It was in a great location and excellently furnished, you have thought of everything and the kids were always entertained. We definitely looked after it and treated it just like our home, so thank you. We will definitely bear you in mind should we visit Florida again in the near future.   GREAT CONDO! The condo was very nice. It was decorated like a model home and looked brand new. It is easy to get to and close to all activities and restuarants but still out of the way so you can relax. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

  BETTER THAN HOME! This home was located to all the attractions we wanted to see, everything was just like the pictures. My daughter wanted to move in FOREVER. We couldn't have asked to stay in a nicer place. We will be back some day. The weather was the only down fall of our trip. Having this unit to come home to everyday was the highlight of our trip!

  Exceptional Property from Belleville,Ontario,Canada Reviewed on: 04/21/2009 for their stay in 03/2009 This was our first time renting a V.R.B.O. property.It was an exceptional two week experience for us and our daughter and her family. They liked it so much they did not want to leave when their week was up. It is quiet, relaxing and the location is central to everything. The Vista Cay clubhouse facility is top notch. The cleanliness,decor and kitchen facilities depict the owners pride of ownership and their commitment to making our vacation a memorable experience.The website listing and pictures are spot on. We hope to be back next year.

  "Great Place to Stay for Disney!" "My family enjoyed our stay, the condo was large, CLEAN, and had everything needed for a great vacation. Couldn't ask for more or better. Also , easy check-in and check-out. Would stay again if our travel plans included a visit to Disney!"

  "Excellent Accommodation" "We spotted this property on the internet but I have to say the photos did not justify the home (its a tribute to the owners). The house is in excellent order, a lot larger than we expected and each room is finished in the finest decor. All mod cons were available for our use and the property was located in a nice secure quiet area while at the same time only 10 minutes drive from Orlandos major attractions. The booking system was simple and the property was serviced very efficiently by the management company on site. We will defintely keep it in mind when we next visit Florida."

  "Awesome Townhome" "Excellent location close to everything. I stayed here with a group of adults for a convention and everything was perfect! So much space and exceptionally clean and well maintained. I will definitely consider this rental in the future and will recommend it to others."

  "A Great Orlando Vacation Property" "This town home was great I highly recommend Vista Cay for your vacation stay. The property is very secure. The garage on the townhome was a bonus feature for my 3 day stay. It was easy to find from the airport and the location to Internation drive and all the restaurants was perfect. The main entrance is spectacular with the fountain. The owners made sure the place is furnished very nicely. The washer and dryer came in handy."

  "Exactly What It Says!" "After speaking with the owner of this property, she ensured my that they property is just like the photos. And she was correct. The condo was extremely nice. It had everything we needed. It was clean. It was also near the interstate and many restaurants. When traveling to Florida, VistaCay will definitely be my place to stay."

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  The townhome was beautiful and very tastefully decorated. Our floorplan was 3 stories...so you definitely don't have to mind stairs! The clubhouse and pool area are also wonderful! The location in my opinion is great...just outside of the conjestion of Orlando but extremely close to all of the parks and Int'l Drive and I-4. The only concern...they are in the middle of new construction and they begin EARLY each morning. So if the condo/townhouse in which you are renting it close by...you will hear the construction beginning at around 7-7:30 each morning! That alone would not make me stay there! I would definitely stay again and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Owner response: Thanks Elaine, for your very nice review. We also enjoyed have you as guests! We hope you had a great holiday at the town home. The construction you talk about is Harbor Square being built. It will be a huge complex with specialty stores, restaurants, etc. We are very excited about it! From what we understand some stores will be ready to open as early as this summer. Last year they built the Publix and Shopping Center on the other side of us, which opened this summer. Still, coming soon within that complex is a NYPD Pizza, nail salon, sports bar and grill, and Chinese Restaurant (plus much more), as per signs that are posted! It is our experience that we are in the middle of the groups of town homes and are somewhat shielded from most of the noise. Also, once under roof (as with the Publix last year), the noise become even less noticeable. We hope you do come and visit us again! It has been a pleasure. Sandy and Rick

  FABULOUS!!! That is our way of summing everything up, we indeed enjoyed our stay at your townhome, it was definitely for us a home away from home.(everything about it)It was so clean and nicely decorated everything was at hand.   Fabulous! Absolutely spotless and extremely tasteful decor. Wireless internet access and HDTVs were first class and state-of-the-art. I cannot think of one need that was not provided for. The location of the property could not have more convenient. We were 10 minutes from Universal and 15 from Disney World. Also, the convention center was within walking distance. Restaurants ran the gamut from inexpensive to lavish. The community center was incredible, pool tables, swimming pool and even a theater. The staff there was pleasant and professional. I would use this facility again in a heart beat!

  Our stay in your townhouse was awesome. I instantly knew that your home had been professionally decorated. The townhouse was clean, spacious and very welcoming. I especially liked the layout of the bedrooms for privacy. It was just a two minute walk to the Community building and pool area. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful lake each day, which is also close by, as we took in the beautiful surroundings of tropical flowers and trees. I would definitely recommend your townhouse to friends and relatives. Thank you for sharing your vacation home.
