We had a ladies getaway this Spring and chose this townhome for our stay on Maui based on previous reviews and the fantastic pictures provided. We were not in the least disappointed! Before our trip I was able to speak with Sharon several times via telephone, making us much more comfortable with renting online. Once we arrived we found a clean, neat and simple decor. There was very ample bathroom space for 3 women, a full kitchen, and thoughtful suggestions for dining, activities, etc. on the fridge! Parking was more than ample, although we arrived outside of peak travel season so it may be different if you are visiting in the winter. This townhome is airy, bright, and organized with thoughtful accessories stored in the closet such as a cooler, sand chairs, an internet cable, bug spray, and various cleaning item for spot-cleaning mid-stay. Kapalua is very close to many beaches with fantastic snorkeling, and 15 minutes from shopping in Lahaina. Each of us would return here again without a second thought!

We stayed in this beautiful condo from March 27-April 3 2012. We enjoyed the condo as well as the walking trails, views and restraunts. On two occasions while eating breakfast on the lower deck I saw whales jumping! Great way to start the day! The condo was very comfortable and well outfitted for guests. Plenty of towels, lots of closet and dresser room as well as dishes and cutlery. I loved having the two story condo as I woke early and my husband got to sleep in as I made my tea and breakfast in the morning and read on the deck. Thank you Sharon for your emails and your great lists on your favorite places to eat and the very handy binder full of very useful information on Maui. If we ever go back to Maui we will stay in this area again, and in this condo! Sarah and Kyle, British Columbia, Canada

This was our second stay in Maui, both times at this condo. No reason to go any where else. Watching the whales from the lanai was our highlight. The condo is up to date, clean and cozy. A great view. Great restaurants close by. A ten minute walk to the left is a great swim beach. A five minute walk to the right is a great boogie boarding beach. It is also right on the new 3.5 round trip coastal trail. A great way to start the day. We will always come back to here!

My husband and I spent six nights in this beautiful villa. The view is outstanding! The villa is furnished with everything that you will need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen has all of the necessary essentials for doing your own cooking in the villa. The villa is centrally located between the Ritz and Kapalua Bay. There is excellent snorkeling in Kapaulua Bay. The upstairs master suite is very beautifully decorated. There is a view of the ocean from the master suite. The villa is spotless and well-maintained. The owners of the villa were very helpful in answering questions that we had about their property. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome! The Pineapple Grill is nearby for dinner if you don't want to cook in the villa. All of the information and photos were accurate in reflecting the villa. We can't wait to go back and stay in their outstanding villa again next year!

Our 3rd trip to Maui was certainly a charm and this amazing villa was one of the main reasons. From the beautiful views, superb decor, and fully stocked kitchen you can not go wrong here. This place has absolutely everything you need and more to enjoy an amazing time in Kapalua. Sharon was SO sweet to work with and very helpful. The unit is so clean it looks brand new! Thank you again for extending your villa to us and we look forward to our next stay there sooner than later :) Mahalo!

My wife and I spent two wonderful weeks on maui. It´s a beautiful island. It was a very special vacation because of the apartment we lived in. It´s really excellent like shown by the photos and the surrounding is great. And - making it 100% - was the way how the owners take care of their customers. Sharon and her husband had a lot of informations for us and it was always as if friends were giving their home to us. I would ever recommend this property to friends and relatives and I am sure that we will come back! Sorry for my bad english, Michael from Berlin/Germany

I was completely smitten with the condo and Kapalua Bay grounds from the second we turned onto the street until the sad morning we had to pack up and leave. The condo is immaculate and has everything you could ever want or need for a perfect stay. After busy days going to beaches up and down the coast or spending time with friends in the area, we were always so happy to come home to our quiet corner of Maui. Made the short walk to the beach in front of the condo many times as well as lots of walks and jogs along the shore trail which leads to other great beaches and restaurants. I was in such a relaxed state that sometimes I would have to stop off at the pool for a dip and a nap before making the 20 extra steps to the condo. Sleeping in the amazingly comfortable bed with the wind blowing across my back was definitely the highlight of our stay. Very relaxing. I would totally recommend this condo to anyone, especially those seeking a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist traps. Thank you Sharon!

We first stayed in this beautiful Bay Villa last year and were fortunate enough to return again this year. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else! Sharon, the owner, is wonderful to work with and does everything she can to ensure your visit is a memorable one. The location is spectacular and the property is so well maintained it's hard to leave. Enjoying our morning coffee on the lanai and spotting some whales, walking to the beach (just 5 minutes away) dinner at the Barefoot Bar at the Hula Grill - I don't think there's a better way to spend a day! We highly recommend this property to anyone considering a visit to Maui.

This condo is top notch from sheets to furnishings. We had such a wonderful time. You can relax in the sunny living room, walk 1 min to the pool and visit with the neighbors (or Not) or walk to Kapalua Bay and beach sit and snorkel. Beach chairs are provided! At night, you can walk or drive a short distance to great restaurants. Our favoirite was Pineapple Grill. The view is terrific and you can watch the whales jump in the ocean from the patio or upstairs lanai. I know I will return to this wonderful condo.

We stayed 10 days in December 2010 at this beautiful Bay Villa in Kapalua. It is tastefully decorated and the location in great! It is steps to the beautiful pool and grill area (which we used several times) and also just steps from the Coastal Walking trail and beaches. We enjoyed both! The Kapaulua spa is also right there and is top notch! The villa had everything you need for a great vacation- fully equiped kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella and a very comfortable bed. My husband, young daughter and I had an amazing time and hope to return in the future. The owners are very plesant and helpful to work with and have a binder of VERY helpful information at the villa when you arrive to help make your stay even better with restuaruant and activity suggestions. All of the ones we tried were spot on and fabulous! I would highly recommend a stay here!

We had a WONDERFUL time! The villa was excellent - just perfect for what we needed. There were so many highlights - where to begin? We loved swimming/snorkeling at Kapalua Bay - we were there every day. I loved running on the coastal trail every morning. It was breathtaking. We did a snorkel trip on the Gemini - that was great. Swam with some sea turtles and spotted a few dolphins on our sail back to Kaanapali. I also went to the farmer's market. Thank you so much for that little secret - everything we got there was excellent. Cookies, banana bread, mangos! The locals there were extremely nice and great to talk with. We LOVED Aloha Mixed Plate in Lahaina - great for a casual day. We're already trying to plan a trip for next year. I will never forget our time there - it was wonderful. Thank you so much for helping us with everything - I've already recommended your villa to everyone I've talked to. It was perfect. I'll never forget the views.

It's a long trip from Connecticut to Maui but this condo and the Kapalua area make it so worth while. You'll feel comfortable and at home the moment you enter. It's beautifully decorated, spotless and everything you could possibly need is provided. The views from the unit are amazing (we saw whales one morning while enjoying our coffee on the bedroom lanai). The local restaurants are excellent and the nearby Honolua store is great for sandwiches to bring back to the condo or take to the many nearby beaches. We especially enjoyed a lunch we had at Mama's Fish House. After a round of golf at the Bay Course, a take out dinner from Maui Taco's was perfect. Sitting on the lanai with our wine (purchased at the Honolua store), surrounded by the view and enjoying our tacos, our scores didn't seem so bad after all! This was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations we've had in a long time due in large part to this beautiful home and the many restaurant/activity suggestions provided by Sharon. We hope to return soon.

My husband and I got married in Maui in September 2009 and stayed in Sharon in Barry's condo in Kapalua. We could not have been more pleased with the area, the amenities, and the condo itself. Several other family members stayed in nearby Bay Villas and they were all very impressed as well. We loved every minute of it and fell in love with Maui. Kapalua is just minutes away from Lahaina, but it was honestly hard to leave, because it is so beautiful, relaxing, and just plain wonderful. We can't wait to go back. Thank you Sharon and Barry for sharing your little slice of heaven with us. Such wonderful memories for us and our families..

I don’t really know where to start except to say that we had a phenomenal time on Maui and staying in your condo was a big part of our enjoyment. Coming from the East Coast, we would wake up early and enjoy our morning coffee while we watched the sunrise and the lovely view from your bedroom and used the poolside grill to enjoy dinner and the sunset on your lanai. We did everything – snorkeling to Molikini Crater (with the world’s tamest fish), horseback riding down the Sliding Sands down to the floor of the volcano (the best trail ride I’ve ever been on in my life), and the road to Hana (in a convertible). Dinner at Hula Grill at a beachfront table or on the deck at the Sea House watching the sunset, breakfast at the Plantation House with the birds, and drinks outdoors at the Four Seasons or on the lanai at Merriman’s. And the beaches – Oneola, Kapalua, Kahekili, Ka’anapili, Wailea, Makena. All wonderful memories.

Sharon and Barry, March 7-14, 2009 We loved our stay at your beautiful townhome. Oneloa beach is a short walk away and the lava rocks are gorgeous with the waves pounding in. The point to the left is a great place to watch the sunset. The quiet pool and a great BBQ area are just a few steps away. Everything from snorkeling to dinner at the Ritz is a short drive away. Thanks for sharing,

This is a wonderful place to stay and relax in peace and quiet. The heated pool is just steps down from the condo and is kept very neat and clean. The condo is beautifully furnished and has a compact galley-type kitchen that's well appointed. Linens and towels were a nice quality and plentiful. The master bedroom was spacious and the mattress was just right. Everything worked well and the condo, as well as the whole complex, is kept in perfect shape. There are quite a few steps in this hillside location, so if you have any knee problems, you may have a little difficulity getting around. It's still worth every penny!

We arrived back home on Wed. from our wonderful 10 day stay in your beautiful condo. We are still in awe of the beauty of the property and also the surrounding area ~ we absolutely love Kapalua!! All of us had been to Maui before but never to Kapalua and I can honestly say ~ that is where I will always stay when in Maui! Your condo is very beautiful ~ very comfortable and beautifully decorated (very Hawaiin & tropical). I loved waking up to the spectacular view of the ocean, palm trees and clear blue sky each morning (well...most mornings with the exception of morning rain on some) and the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks ~ something I have missed since arriving home. The pool & beach were our regular hangouts and we got into the habit (at least I did) of sitting on the rocks to catch the rays of the late afternoon sun (we were even lucky enough to have a 'meet & greet' by a group of 4 turtles two afternoons in a row). One day the turtles were actually in the water closest to the rocks at the beach...it was a wonderful sight to see ~ they are beautiful, peaceful & playful (I think one little boy was even swimming very close to one without even knowing it!). We ate at most of the restaurants in the area and because of the eating out, we ran every other day...up "Pineapple Hill" and down around the golf course...what great running trails! We tried "zip-lining" which was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay ~ it was fantastic!! We went in the afternoon and caught a most beautiful sunset ~ spectacular! To sum it all up, we had a fantastic time ~ savoured every moment! We will definitely be back ~ to Maui and to your condo (hopefully, it will be available!). Many thanks again ~ we had a lovely stay!! Best regards, Deborah, Nora & Roslynne Vancouver, BC

My husband & I celebrated our 30 wedding anniv. on Maui- we came over 5 years ago & stayed in Napili. Boy} were we happy to fine this darling place in Kapalua last week! It has a beautiful ocean view from almost every window and the decor is very plush. You can walk down to the beach in 3 mins.- it was pretty private each time we went. We loved the free shuttle bus- they even drove us to the Kapalua airport when we flew to see Honolulu. Kapalua is really the place to go for a peacefull getaway and staying at this great condo [villa] was fab-u-lous !

We love this wonderful, spacious and quiet Hawaii oasis, with all the comforts of home. It is nicely decorated. The view is fantastic, especially when the whales breach right in front of you. The amenities that we especially liked were the comfortable bed, open windows to feel the breeze and hear the tropical sounds, well stocked kitchen and very large bathroom, along with the 1st floor extra powder room. The living room was especially comfortable to sit and read or listen to the music. Sometimes we lounged on the lanai and just watched the ocean. We used the grill by the pool to grill the fresh caught fish at the nearby market. The location is fantastic for a morning walk beside the ocean over the rocks or on the beach or a quick swim in the pool. We also had quick access to some of the best restaurants on the island here. We will always stay at this condo on our return trips to Maui.

We have stayed at this villa many times over the years and have enjoyed every minute of it. The villa has been updated and is beautifully decorated. It has everyting you need and more to feel like your "home away from home". We especially love the beautiful, quiet pool and easy access to the beaches on each side of the property. Seeing the sea turtles are a plus. The grounds are always well maintained with many flowers. It's convenient to many restaurants, golf courses, and is only a a short distance away from the unique town of Lahaina. We love Kapalua and all it has to offer and look forward to returning soon to this villa for another dream vacation.

My husband and I were very blessed to be able to take our children over to Maui in April. We LOVED this place. We stayed here for 11 days and 10 nights and we'll make sure that the next time we go, we will be doing the same thing. This condo is GREAT. It's very pretty inside and very relaxing. There are so many activities to do right around where you are staying. We felt right at home in this place. It was nice because we went shopping for groceries for the whole time we were staying there. We felt like it was our little place. You can't go wrong with booking your stay here. You will love it and I'm sure you'll want to come back.
