Fully furnished with linens, towels and all the items you need to feel right at home. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and throughout the house; new furniture, scotch guarded, microfiber sofas, and new appliances.

Large 16x13 carpeted Master Bedroom plus large walk-in closet, 10x14 sitting room with sliding glass doors to lanai, and large tiled bath with his and her sink, separate toilet area, walk-in Roman shower, and garden tub. One 14x10 guest Bedroom has long twin bed and the other 16x11 with a queen. Both have ample drawer and closet space. Ceramic tiled bath is in the hallway. The family room and equally large kitchen/dining area separate the Master bedroom from the guest bedrooms in their own wing. Televisions with DVD in all bedrooms; with cable.

Rates are per month/week and all rentals less than 6 months are subject to 11% tax.
25% of total rent required to reserve home. The balance of rent, tax and security/utility deposits due 60 days in advance of arrival.
Cleaning fee of $125.00
Security deposit of $500.00; one month's rent for 6 or more months.
This home is non-smoking, pets may be allowed with pet deposit. No cats allowed.
