Enjoy eating in a dining room adjacent to the gourmet kitchen, which includes beautiful butcher block counter tops, and an island seating four, a professional oven/stove and other amenities. The lovely living room is centered around a wood fireplace. From the outside deck off the living room, you have a great view of the pool and the surrounding mountains in the distance.
With a two car garage, you can enter the house through a convenient mud room, offering plenty of storage space, into the living room and kitchen areas. The first floor also has a separate TV and entertainment room (with TV, DVD/VCR, stereo, games), as well as a private office, perfect for conference calls, computer use (with a wireless broadband service) or quiet time for reading a book.
The house has two staircases, one leading to a large finished basement with a ping pong table and air hockey as well as plenty of space for children to play. The staircase to the second floor leads to four spacious, finely appointed bedrooms with ample closet space and two bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a large closet and a chest of drawers as well as beautiful cabinetry and exquisite views of the mountains. The first of three bedrooms contains two single beds with a third trundle bed while the second bedroom contains a bunk bed arrangement with a full bed on the bottom and a single bunk on top, perfect for children (age appropriate). The third bedroom has a beautiful cherry wood full bed and cabinet as well as a large closet.
Enjoy the privacy of beautifully landscaped grounds and an in-ground pool on a 12 acre plot. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Come and enjoy the beautiful Mad River Valley in Vermont with great outdoor activities and fine local dining from this luxury rental house!
