The Palma De Mallorca building - Lima Apartment Rental Our apartments are located in the "Palma De Mallorca" building on the Boulevard Av. Malecon De La Marina #932 in Miraflores. Miraflores is considered to be the most beautiful coastline in Peru. It has a great number and variety of the finest hotels, restaurants, and shops. Mallorca building has ten stories with one apartment per floor. The elevator runs from the lower garage to the roof top terrace. It will take you directly into your apartments living room. Rates are $100 from April 1 to Nov.31 and 120 from Dec. 1 to March 31
Discounts are 10% for 2 weeks stay and 15% for 1 month or more.
24 hours or fraction thereof are considered 1 day. Minimum stay 1 week.
Reservations accepted with a $200 nonrefundable Booking/Damage/Key deposit
Rent due upon entering the premises in cash or cashiers check.
Your damage deposit will be returned to you after check out.
Occupancy 4 persons. Each extra person $15.00 extra per day.
For early booking (Oct.)the $100.00 rate applies for the whole year.
