Our apartments are located in the "Palma De Mallorca" building on the Boulevard Av. Malecon De La Marina #932 in Miraflores.

Miraflores is considered to be the most beautiful coastline in Peru. It has a great number and variety of the finest hotels, restaurants, and shops.

Mallorca building has ten stories with one apartment per floor. The elevator runs from the lower garage to the roof top terrace. It will take you directly into your apartments living room.

    • We have just returned from our two weeks vacation in Lima. Our stay in Apartment 801 was a complement to our dream vacation. It was beautiful, very conveniently located to major shopping areas and well known restaurants. The views and the layout of the apartment were superb. Ariela, Manager of the apartment and the porters were outstanding. We had the pleasure to meet Mr. & Mrs. Baumer in Miami, the owners of the apartment. They are very warm and caring people.     • I recently returned to the States after a 2 week stay in apartment 401 (September/October 2008 trip). My family and I loved the apartment and the area. It is located 1-1.5 miles from the major Miraflores shopping areas (like Larcomar) which was fine for us, because we didn't really want to get pulled into the "touristy" stuff. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by taxi for 2-3 soles (as is the grocery; though we walked there more often than not). The sports park is great for walking/jogging or if you just like being in a place that has activity happening all the time (plus you get to see some pretty tense games of soccer between the locals :)). The view of the ocean and the sunsets are nothing short of AMAZING. The building porters are extremely friendly and there is security (because of the park across the street) in the close vicinity of the building 24x7. I was very impressed by the warmth and organization of the owners (I was lucky enough to meet them in person as they were there at the same time as we were). They definitely go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. I was impressed by the communications prior to arrival. I knew exactly what needed to happen to get the key and get everyone situated quickly (very key when you arrive late and tired). If we needed anything during our stay, either they, or the porters helped. We had no issues at all. I HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone. The accommodations simply can't be beat and it is a real money saver since you can cook in-house if you want. No one enters the apartment to clean (unless you request or approve)so you don't have to worry about valuables like in a hotel. Considering the cost of hotels in the area (like the Marriot), the rent is hard to beat! Thanks Leo and Mercedes for making my family's trip a BLAST!!

    • Recently returned from an 8-day stay in Unit #401. It's a very nice apartment and a very reasonable rate compared with hotels in Miraflores. The view is beautiful and the park along the bluff overlooking the ocean is great for long walks. It's a long walk to a grocery store in the center of Miraflores or the Larco Mar shopping center, probably a mile or more, but taxis are inexpensive. There are some restaurants in the neighborhood, but not much shopping in the immediate area. We would recommend both the apartment and the owners, it was a very nice place to stay.

    • I have just recently returned from a 2 months stay Jan-Feb 2008.The apartment was wonderful.Excellent views-especially from 801.Sunsets at that time of year are majical.Ariela was available almost 24/7 for any services and the building ports were very accomodating.Many,many new restaurants are popping up everywhere closeby.The owners were more than kind in providing us with services not even included.They are very professional..called me many times to be sure all was in order...I was impressed and would highly recommend the property.A true value as well.     • It was a pleasure to stay at this property for 3 weeks over the Christmas holidays. As stated in the page info the property is right on a bluff overlooking the Pacific. There are numerous well groomed parks on the same street which makes it a pleasure to go for a jog or stroll enjoying the sound of the surf. It is located in a nice part of Lima where there are numerous restaurants and very close to Larcomar, which is a nice open air mall the hugs the cliffs overlooking the ocean. The apartment was comfortable, clean, with new furniture and a reliable internet connection. The owners and the care-taker (Ariela) were a pleasure to deal with. It also was quite a bargain, compared with staying at hotels of comparable quality in the area.

    • The location of the apartments are beautiful. Ariela, the manager, was very helpful! The ocean view is magnificent! Also, you can enjoy around of property due to its environment; great for walking and jogging. We strongly recommend it.. Don't miss it!

      I stayed at apt. 401. The apartment itself is quite comfortable for a family of 4. Meticulously well maintained; fresh paint, new furniture, clean windows, shiny floors, new cabinetry, etc. etc. A great ocean front/view and strategically located for pleasant walks along the ocean, minutes to shops for all budgets and taste. The landlady has paid attention to every detail and she is keenly aware of the American tourist’s demands and expectations. The gentlemen who provide 24 x 7 security for the building are courteous and very professional. The added bonus is that the landlords/owners are trustworthy and honest folks and I would do business with them again in the future. Shopping over the WEB can be a quite disappointing experience at times; this place however, is not a place that you need to fear. I would highly recommend this place to any traveling family or small group (will fit up to 5 people comfortably in my opinion). My family and I are very grateful to have run into decent folks such as yourselves. This was my first experience at renting a place and it was a great one. Up until this trip we were staying at hotels (spent megabucks at the Lima Country Club in San Isidro just a year ago). It was so cool to have a great place to ourselves and not brake my wallet over it. :)
