Fully-equipped furnished studio. Separated bathroom with shower. The building has a security code at the street level entrance and lock and interphone for the hall entrance. It is quiet and very secure.
Will allow you to live like a Parisian. The main room includes a TV, telephone and answering system (free for incoming and local calls), radio/alarm clock, central heating and hardwood floor. French and English guide books and maps are provided for helpful information. Linens are provided. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, hotplate, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, cooking pots, utensils and an expresso coffee maker. A large cupboard stores an iron and ironing board, as well as a vacuum cleaner. The kitchen is separated from the main room and large enough to cook and enjoy your meals in. Upon your arrival you will be provided basic ingredients for you to cook your first simple meal. A bottle of champagne will welcome you. Nice with brand new bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, electric water heater, hair dryer, towel rack and shelves for your convenience.
Located in a very lively neighborhood with an exceptional outside food market at your doorstep, a variety of caterers and excellent restaurants are within walking distance. The nearest metro station is Guy-Moquet. Many bus lines go through the area, which will enable you go to anywhere in Paris, quickly and easily. Bus service to the Louvre, Chatelet, Champs-Elysées and main train stations. Near by attractions include Sacré-Coeur, historical artistic area.
