Hilton Head is an island paradise that has it all. Beautiful beaches, world-class golf and tennis, fantastic restaurants, shopping, sports galore, and a tropical climate tempered by ocean breezes. Our villa is located in beautiful South Forest Beach, just a short four to five minute stroll to a private path that leads to one of the best beaches on the Atlantic.
From the moment you walk into this popular well maintained large end-unit villa, you will know you made the right choice. You are greeted to a bright, airy view of the pool and lagoon through living area glass doors. The spacious main floor plan includes the kitchen, dining, living area, as well as a half bath. The two separate bedrooms and a private master suite are located upstairs. Pets are NOT allowed.
Walk outside to a sun deck and down the spiral staircase to enjoy the sub-tropical climate and the sights and sounds that make our guests want to return again and again. Walk just a few steps to a beautiful pool overlooking the lagoon. For those who enjoy the ocean, the beach is just a short walk from the front door.
Our villa is located next to the Van Der Meer Tennis Complex and includes one court hour per day with advance reservations. Golf discounts are available at many of the area golf courses. Ten public courses are within a ten minute drive of this unit.
Coligny Circle is a short walk and provides many amenities including many restaurants, shops, and fun for the whole family. Visit Shelter Cove Harbour or Harbour Town for fine/casual dining and great shopping, or enjoy a play at the new Cultural Arts Center. Either are just a short ride from the South Forest Beach area.

Our condo is in the center of family activities on Hilton Head Island. We are 500 steps to the ocean, the unit over looks the pool and has direct access, just down the street from Coligny Circle and all that Coligny offers to all ages. Shopping, eating, walking, biking, golf, fishing, tennis and just enjoying great Hilton Head weather are all right here. It is the perfect family place to be on Hilton Head Island.

We have been enjoying Hilton Head Island for over twenty years now. Michigan is our home but we love to be near the ocean when we need a break from up North. Hilton Head Island has proven to be the perfect spot for us. It is great area for families with many interesting things to do all year round.
