  This Sunsuite efficiency was very nice and quaint. It had all the amenities that we needed! The condo seemed to be recently updated as advertised. The condo is right next to the Olympic pool so I imagine it might be somewhat noisy during pool season but this could also be a plus for travelers with children. The Amenity pass seems to only be needed for the pool and restaurants and we chose to cook/eat off island. Definitely a great way to experience Fripp on a budget!

  Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  My wife and I just got back from our first anniversary trip to Fripp. This sunsuite was perfect for us. The condo is wonderfully decorated and felt like "home" as soon as we walked in. The kitchen was more than sufficient for the two of us. It is literally a 30 second walk from the sunsuite to the beach. We carried a cooler, beach chairs, and other essentials with us to and from our spot on the beach every day and it was never a problem. The furnishings were very comfortable. The bunk beds would be great for a family with children. The bathroom was spacious and my wife said it was "perfect" for getting ready before our anniversary dinner in Beaufort. I have stayed in over 10 rental properties on Fripp and size notwithstanding this was one of my favorites. Our golden retriever loved the suite and beach as well and has spent the last 24 hours sleeping it off... Finally, the owners are a pleasure to deal with and were more than accomodating. We will definitely be repeat renters...

  The property was very clean and beautifully furnished. Had a lovely time, only wished we could have stayed longer. Owners were easy to work with and when we have time off will stay again.

  We stayed here for a week in July & had a wonderful family vacation. The studio was very, very clean. The location was perfect - mid island & close to everything. We had a big pool at our front door & were just steps to the beach! The kitchen is small but very efficient. We had no problems fixing meals for our family of 4. The owners are extremely friendly, helpful & courteous. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

  We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Fripp Island. The unit was very clean, quaint, and cozy and just steps to the beach.Although it is a small space it still had everything you would need. We were there during the off season and it was quite peaceful, not noisy at all. The only negative thing is that you have to purchase a separate pass to use the pool. Would certainly return for another visit! The tavern after the bridge leaving the island has good food.
