Brand new, first class, "just like" gulf front home located South of 30A in Seagrove Beach, Florida between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake State Park.
This 6 bedroom home will make you feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. Everything is brand new in this 4,000 square foot home. There are 5 king beds in 5 separate bedrooms and all of these bedrooms have a breath taking view of the gulf as well as their own private bath. The 6th bedroom is a bunk room with 2 double beds & 2 twin beds. The bunk room has an x-box for your young gamers (or hide it in your closet and send them outside).
Your kitchen has new Bosch appliances. One range, oven, full size refrigerator, beverage fridge, dishwasher, ice maker, toaster & toasteroven, 2 microwaves, 2 garbage disposals, and central vac.
The dining room table seats 12, plus there are 5 additional seats at the bar overlooking the kitchen and dining room.
Kick back in the casual living room. Listen to the radio, stereo, your ipod (docking station), and watch dvd's & HDTV through the audio video system with speakers on the 2nd floor balcony as well. All bedrooms have HDTV & dvd players. You can also bring your computer and access our wifi in Peace of Mind.

*balcony- doors lead to the balcony from the master & "blue room". Lounge on the 2 reclining chairs on this floor.
2nd floor:

*"green" bedroom- king bed, private bath w/ 2 sinks, tub/shower combo, balcony with super gulf views

*There is a beautiful pool and jacuzzi tub with views of the gulf as well. Chairs for the entire group are around the pool area.

Our home is located on a deadend street between Eastern lake and Deer Lake State Park. The only cars you find in this area are those going to vacation homes/condos or heading to the public beach access. There are no facilities at this access- so most beach goers are staying in homes nearby.
Your children will love to run, play, and bike around this area. You won't worry about them like you would with the traffic congestion on 30A.
There are dedicated bike paths all along 30a if you want to make the short trip (approx 2 miles) over to Seaside or (approx 4 miles) to Rosemary Beach.
You will love it here! We hope our home becomes your yearly vacation destination.

Seagrove beach has been our favorite destination for many years. We love the laid back, family atmosphere. The water in the gulf looks different every day. The sunsets are spectacular and take my breath away!

We love: reading books on the porch, watching the dolphin & sunsets, riding bikes to Seaside, eating sushi at the Old Florida Fish House, hanging out at Bud & Alleys rooftop bar, walking through Deer Lake State Park, enjoying the almost deserted beach, bringing home steamed shrimp from Goatfeathers, eating pizza from Angelinos, kayaking in the calm gulf waters, body surfing in the wild gulf waters
very secluded and quiet area. Not crowded- just minutes from our home
there is usually a flow of water from Eastern Lake in to the gulf. It's a great place for the kids to skim board, hunt crabs, catch minnows in nets, etc. Love it and about a 5 minute walk along the

Hello- We are Rick, Jill, & Brooks Rice from Berkeley Lake, GA (a suburb of Atlanta in Gwinnett County). Rick and Jill grew up in Knoxville, TN and both graduated from The University of TN.
We built Peace of Mind, and it was completed in June 2007. We are very happy to share our home with others, when we can not be there to enjoy it.

August 11, 2007- We had a great time- really had “peace of mind”. We are all leaving much more rested than when we came. GREAT BEDS. We’ve been coming for many years and these are the best beds we’ve ever had. From the 3 year old twins to the grandparents, everyone enjoyed this wonderful house.
