The Pool

 

Location: Nadi, Sunshine Coast, Viti Levu, Fiji, South Pacific (Located in Nadi the International Gateway to Fiji Islands.)

Accommodations:  Villa on Shared Property, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6)

Our Mediterranean style guest house located on the front section of our property. It is just 8 minutes from Nadi's international Airport and is the only residential area in Nadi located on the Beach.

On the ground floor is a lounge with TV and DVD, a dining room, full kitchen, a full Japanese style bathroom with open shower to the stars, and a bedroom with two single beds.

On the second floor you will find a spacious outdoor entertainment area, with mini bar, another bathroom, also with open shower to the stars, and two bedrooms. You will enjoy watching the stars from the terrace at night.

The 12 meter swimming pool, with water slide and swim up bar is only shared with the owner’s family.

It is highly suitable as a getaway for a week or more. The house can accommodate a maximum of four people. Please no children under 6 years old, as it is not child proofed nor suitable for small children.

The guest house is very unique and artistically designed and furnished yet very comfortable. While it is ideal for a stopover it is also a great place to retreat to for a week and enjoy as your own home.

The house is located in Newtown Beach a cul de-sac neighborhood with only one road providing access to the neighborhood. You can cook as you like or not cook and enjoy the meals at the local motels just a walk away. Or if you prefer to go out for a meal, take a taxi to the main road, only 2 kilometres away where you will have a choice of Japanese, Mexican, German, Korean, Chinese, continental, Thai or steak houses. All locations on Viti Levu, as well as the off-shore islands are easily accessible from this one location.

Breakfast of danish and croissants can be provided on request as well as dinners.

We do have a cat and dog on the property so be aware if you are highly allergic to these types of pets.

We have been living in Fiji for the past 13 years and have a lot of knowledge about the country and tourist attractions. We live in the house on the rear of the lot and we have two children. We do have house rules about outside guests and pool operating hours. We are not a backpackers motel or hotel. It is a residential lot with neighbors so we must respect our neighbors and house rules are made for that reason. We're always available to assist you with your plans or any questions you might have.
