This house rents at a one month minimum, but will be available for shorter stays between gaps or will rent for a minimum of one week if your start or end date dovetails with that of another guest. Long-term rates available. Cleaning fee depends on length of stay, use of one or two bedrooms, and use of office, either 100.00, 125.00 or 150.00. Cleaning fee for stays of two months or longer is 250.00.
Our colorfully furnished and comfortable Twenties house has been beautifully renovated from end to end. House is in a great location, near the end of a green and leafy cul de sac on upscale Huntley Drive in west West Hollywood, one of the most desirable neighborhoods of the city. This historic area of single family homes was built mostly in the Twenties and Thirties. House is an excellent place for visiting business people, writers, actors, and vacationers. Many of our renters are expecting families who want to be near Cedars Sinai. Home is just a few minutes walk from the Beverly Center, Ma Maison Sofitel, Cedars Sinai, the internationally renowned Pacific Design Center as well as the Bodhi Tree and Urth Cafe, the coffee house to the stars. Only a few minutes away is downtown West Hollywood and Santa Monica Boulevard and the Grove/Farmers Market. Five minutes away is Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills and Melrose Avenue in Hollywood. The beach and airport are 25 minutes away.
House has one parking space in driveway and plentiful street parking for other guests with permit provided.
Living room features original art and large, flat screen t.v. with Dish Network and Blu-ray DVD player and a gas fireplace. Kitchen is fully equipped with new steel appliances and gourmet cookware. The breakfast nook seats three. Beautiful and unique dishes and glassware are provided. Formal dining room seats six for your dinner parties.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, a large flat screen t.v. with cable, and plentiful closet space for clothes and shoes. Back bedroom has spacious closet as well as an armoire for even more storage. Window has beautiful embroidered curtains and view of a rose garden.
Off of the dining room is a sunny reading alcove with a sleeper sofa for an extra guest. In the back of the house is an office space with an extra large desk with a printer for your lap top. House is equipped with WiFi.
This residence is suitable for families with children. Sorry to say we do not allow dogs or cats except to residents interested in a year long lease or longer.

I am a property manager and owner who lives full time in Los Angeles. My own properties are in beautiful Palm Springs, California and I manage a third desert house in nearby Indian Wells, CA. I also book guests for two houses in spectacular Hanalei, Hawaii on the garden island of Kauai. Here in town I manage a furnished house and guest house in West Hollywood, a community that is right in the heart of the greater Los Angeles area. These homes are frequently rented by actors, film makers and producers as well as vacationers. I also manage several apartment complexes in addition to my work as a writer. My partner and I stayed at this delightful house in West Hollywood for 6 months this year while we were looking for a new home to buy. We were extremely happy during our stay. The house is a charming 1920’s original and has been beautifully renovated and well-furnished. The garden is very pretty and well-kept. The house is located on one of the best streets in West Hollywood, within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in the Beverly Center, Melrose Avenue and Santa Monica Boulevard. The street itself is quiet and tree-lined. The facilities in the house are excellent, with Dish Network TV in the living room and master bedroom, a washer/dryer on the premises and all necessary kitchen appliances. The property manager Clark is charming and attentive and very responsive to emails and phone calls. On the one day we had an issue with the dishwasher, he had a plumber come and fix it that same afternoon at no extra charge. There is ample parking in the driveway and on the street. The separate back office and wireless internet were also very useful. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to experience the excitement of West Hollywood and Los Angeles while enjoying all the comforts of home.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.
