Our spacious tri-level chalet style home is located just off Highway 108 in the Peter Pam development in Cold Springs. Pinecrest Lake and Dodge Ridge Ski Resort are less than 10 miles away. Sitting at an elevation of 5600 feet, this 1650 square foot home has everything you need for your vacation. This is a more modern home that is designed for comfort so you can relax and enjoy.
We have a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining room. You can cozy up to a cracking fire in the woodstove (wood provided), relax in the livingroom in front of the TV/DVD player or just listen to music on the stereo. There are two bedrooms (one king, one queen) and a full bath on the main level and a spacious bonus bedroom and a full bath upstairs. The bonus room has two queen beds and a set of bunk beds. There is a small pool table and a TV/video games for your entertainment.
The inviting deck offers a beautiful view of the mountains and forest land below. There is a gas BBQ and table, chairs and an umbrella for enjoyment in the sun. We have central heat and a full washer and dryer for your use.
Escape the summer heat or enjoy the snow and winter sports nearby. The driveway provides parking and our two car garage is great in the winter. Take advantage of all the entertainment close by such as the Black Oak Casino, Twain Hart Golf Course, Pinecrest Lake, Dodge Ridge Ski Area, Long Barn Ice rink, Horseback riding and biking on the mountain trails.
We are sure you will enjoy this beautiful mountain house as much as we do. You will never want to stay anywhere else!!
