There are 3 bedrooms, a beautiful stone bathroom, a modern kitchen, living room with a fireplace and 2 amazing porches. This house is situated in a large, well-maintained, private fantasy garden just 5 minute’s walk to the lakeshore and 15 minutes walk up the mountain to the village of Santa Cruz la Laguna. The only access to this property is by boat. There are 2 hotels nearby (10 minutes walk) providing meals, a bar (sometimes there is music), scuba diving and internet. For a writer or artist focusing on a project or for a spiritual retreat or for someone who wants to spend time in the heart of Maya country, this house is ideal.
