This condo is very nice. Attention was paid to detail to make your stay as nice and comfortable as possible. From the granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath to the flat screen television over the rustic stone fireplace, you will feel right at home. The unit comes with a secure lock-out adjacent to the condo for storage of suitcases, skis, golf clubs, clothing or whatever you may need to store.
Whether you're hiking, skiing, golfing or in Park City on business, you'll be happy to return to this condo to rest and relax after enjoying all that Park City, Utah has to offer.

Owner Description
We first discovered Park City in 1980 when jobs took us there and we were lucky enough to be residents for nearly five years. We left Utah for North Carolina but never forgot how much we loved Park City. Our son and his family are full time residents of PC now so our visits to Park city are frequent and long, particularly in the winter months. We are welcomed back on each visit by our son, our granddaughter Ella and daughter-in-law, our friends and the beautiful scenery we miss so much.

I stayed in this unit last weekend. Best I have stayed in at Prospector. Nicely decorated, clean as a pin. Pix are 100% accurate. Owner was very helpful and nice person to work with. I had a car but used the bus to go into town because the stop is right there and did not have to worry about parking. Would absolutely recommend and will stay there again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

This condo is very nice inside. It was very clean and well appointed. The owners have really gone to a lot of effort to make it beautiful, functional and comfy. The pictures represent the unit very well. The gas fireplace warms up the room quickly. The bed is very comfortable. Having a full kitchen is so convenient. The water is good and hot, which feels nice when you've been outside on the slopes all day (but be careful, the bathtub is a little slick). Also nice is having a washer and dryer, so you don't have a suitcase full of dirty clothes when you leave. Oh, and they have stocked some of the necessities for you like sugar, coffee, cocoa, cooking spray, etc., so be sure to check the cabinets before you head to the grocery store. The unit is very convenient to about anything in Park City. All of the ski resorts are within about a 5 minute drive, as is Main Street. Plus it is on the bus route, if you prefer to take the bus. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo for a short getaway to a beautiful city.

Had a very njoyable stay at this studio in Park City. The owner was very gracious and a pleasure to deal with.Excellent location,everything in a very close proximity. The studio itself was very comfortable and well appointed,and quiet. Could have used wifi access in the condo but that's a small thing anyway. Will look forward to staying there again. Richard P

We just returned from Park City and staying at this condo; it was absolutely beautiful. We ski religiously and have stayed in many a condo in all shapes and sizes and this was among the nicest. The layout for a studio was excellent--very roomy--with all the things you could need in a kitchen, and the place was decorated gorgeously. The location (a hop, skip and a jump from Main Street, Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons resorts and right on the shuttle line) was ultra convenient. Many thanks, Sherry, for allowing us to use it. We loved it.

We had an amazing time at this condo. The condo is so well appointed and the owner has a great eye for detail. We found the accomodations to be perfectly suited to our needs (comfortable, convenient, well appointed and very clean!). Convenient location for all area mountains (we skiied Alta/Snowbird, Deer valley and SnowBasin) and nightlife. The directions from SLC Airport were great - - and the maps, brochures and menu guide were a thoughtful touch that were definitely appreciated during our stay. We LOVED it - and hope to be able to use this wonderful condo again in the future.

This condo was truly one of the highlights on our first trip to Park City, UT...it was awesome! Beautifully decorated, superb amenities, cozy surroundings, and the perfect location made for a memorable stay. The owner has really gone to great lengths to create a wonderful environment for vacationing in the mountains. We highly recommend staying at this condo on your next trip to Park City!

This rental unit was exactly as described if not BETTER. I was a little hesitant renting direct , but could not have been happier with the unit and the great savings versus a hotel or another condoafter the fact. Feel free to email me with questions.
