This beautiful lakefront home, built in 2007, is located on a quiet, no-wake cove on the Lake of the Ozarks at the 5MM of the Gravois Arm. The level lot leads to a three-well dock, outfitted with a picnic table, stereo, and swim ladder for your relaxation and sun worshipping pleasure.



The Main level has an open floor plan, features a full kitchen with hickory cabinets, dining area, and living space with a 37" HDTV over the gas fireplace. A separate, screened dining area allows for dining outdoors overlooking the calm water, and watching the sun come up. The Main level also has an open deck, half of which is covered, so shade AND sun are available here!!



The master bedroom on this level features a king-sized bed, sun porch, 32" HDTV over the gas fireplace, and a luxurious bath with a claw foot soaking tub for two. The second bedroom on this level shares a bath with the living area.



The Lower level boasts a HUGE family room, dining area, and another full kitchen with a bar. You can seat fourteen folks for dining here. You'll find a gas fireplace in this family room, too, for those chilly autumn evenings! The 16 feet of floor to ceiling windows overlooks a covered deck area that runs the length of the home and that leads to the lake. There are three fan/light combinations that allow you to spend LOTS of time outdoors!! On this deck you will find the gas grill, an outdoor table that seats six, and a swinging love seat that folds back, so your "campers" can sleep outside. The steps leading from the upper deck, to the shore, and off this deck have gates, so you can keep your young children or pets in whatever area you choose.

The master bedroom on this level has a queen-size bed that has a private slider to the deck. The second bedroom on this level has two twin beds. There is a full bath on this level, as well.

Use the outdoor shower for a back-to-nature experience!

Both kitchens are complete, with all appliances, dishes, flatware, pots and pans, and small appliances. There is a stacked laundry center on the main level.

Guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Ashtrays are provided for outdoor smoking. Some pets are considered. Please contact us for details and additional charges.

  • We stayed in this house over the Thanksgiving holiday with our extended family. The house is wonderful! It is like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and we loved the flat yard for the kids and our dog. The neighbors were also very helpful and even loaned us lifejackets for our kids.   • Wow! The pictures did not do this house justice... it was beautiful and had everything we could possiby need. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet and we enjoyed our stay very much. Donna was very helpful with any questions we asked. We would defintely rent again and recommend this rental.

  • We are very familiar with the lake because we have a home at the lake. We needed a house to rent while ours was being worked on. It's difficult to find quiet water on the lake. You will be very happy with a nice quiet secluded cove. The house is more impressive than the photos indicate. Much more roomier than we had anticipated because of the 2 equally as large levels. The decking and screened in porch is fantastic. The furnishings were perfect, kitchen had all we needed along with the bathrooms. The garage was a bonus, rare in many cases. Donna was very responsive to our questions and helpful. We hated to leave, other than looking forward to being back in our own lake house. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again or recommend to friends. Enjoy!

  • The lake house was wonderful and the pictures did't do it justice at all. My wife and I went on the weekend of Nov 10-13 and I don't think we heard a sound outside except for the birds. Very private and quiet. We will absolutley go back again.
