  I made a mini vacation for my in-laws, parents, and my husband and I. I was very nervous and skeptical at first because I felt this home was too good to be true and I wanted everything to be perfect for our family. As soon as I walked in the front door, I was amazed! The home is beautiful and well kept, the water was perfect for swimming/floating, the neighbors were nice and helpful... we didn't want our vacation to end! Donna was great to work with and answered all the questions I asked. I would highly recommend! Thanks for the great memories, my family and I can't wait to return! Robin

  We have a 10-day family reunion every year in Gravois Mills and our family's lake house was getting too tight to hold us all, we needed to split up into 2 places. We found this property just around the point from our cousin's house late in the 2007 season and immediately secured it for 2008. We've been renewing our reservation every year since. This home is not only spacious, it is immaculate and well maintained. The cove is incredibly quiet and filled with friendly neighbors. It is nearly impossible to find a flat lot, and this one not only has it, but with a great lawn that allows kids of all ages to play and run. The decks offer every option including an enclosed sun porch, a screened porch, a shaded porch, a sunny porch, a swing, plus the lawn and dock. Everyone will be satisfied here. The interior is just as roomy. Some lake houses say they sleep 8 but there's hardly room enough to open a suitcase, not here. Eight could live here comfortably full time. The water is deep enough for large boats, nice wide no-wake cove. Soap Creek at the open end of the cove is perfect for water skiing and tubing. We've come with kids from toddler to teenager and all have a great time swimming off the dock. It's far enough back that you don't get traffic and waves, but it's not in the shallows. Perfect for lake rats like us who float, swim and boat from sun up until after dark. Donna is great at communicating with renters, and makes improvements every year. She's super easy to work with. As landlords and lake people ourselves, we think this property is the pinnacle of the Lake of the Ozarks experience, and we count the days until we get to go back. I would hesitate to recommend only because we want this house all to ourselves. You cannot go wrong with this property. Just book it, you won't regret it.

  The pictures do not do this home justice. Our yearly family vacation at the lake was enhanced by this spacious and well maintained home. The location is excellent and the decks are a great gathering place.

  This incredible spacious 2 level home had all we needed. More than enough space for our extended family to gather together or have some down time if preferred. Tons of living & deck space, plus the private dock & the location was perfect. Well maintained & clean.

  We stayed in this house over the Thanksgiving holiday with our extended family. The house is wonderful! It is like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and we loved the flat yard for the kids and our dog. The neighbors were also very helpful and even loaned us lifejackets for our kids. Thanks, Donna, for letting us use your home!

  Wow! The pictures did not do this house justice... it was beautiful and had everything we could possiby need. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet and we enjoyed our stay very much. Donna was very helpful with any questions we asked. We would defintely rent again and recommend this rental.

  We are very familiar with the lake because we have a home at the lake. We needed a house to rent while ours was being worked on. It's difficult to find quiet water on the lake. You will be very happy with a nice quiet secluded cove. The house is more impressive than the photos indicate. Much more roomier than we had anticipated because of the 2 equally as large levels. The decking and screened in porch is fantastic. The furnishings were perfect, kitchen had all we needed along with the bathrooms. The garage was a bonus, rare in many cases. Donna was very responsive to our questions and helpful. We hated to leave, other than looking forward to being back in our own lake house. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again or recommend to friends. Enjoy!

  The lake house was wonderful and the pictures did't do it justice at all. My wife and I went on the weekend of Nov 10-13 and I don't think we heard a sound outside except for the birds. Very private and quiet. We will absolutley go back again.
