This fabulous five bedroom, three bathroom home is built using the best materials, solid teak timber floors and joinery add rich, warm detail. The main living open plan living areas are spacious, light and sunny achieved with high ceilings and impressive overhead beams. A huge open fireplace in the main living area. The second living area is used as a TV lounge. The 4 meter solid teak dining table can seat 20 guests if you fancy some company. The home is filled with beautiful artworks and furniture collected from years in Asia and from their New Zealand collection.

All windows are double glazed. The open plan living and the expansive full length sliding windows open up the million dollar views and generous decks giving an effortless flow outdoors. One side of the main living areas opens to a deck which joins up to the main lawn with slopes down to the beach and the other to the indoor courtyard with a beautiful internal lawn which has been designed with Balinese stone sculptures and a running water feature.

The home is beautifully appointed with designer bathroom fittings, under floor heating and has a splendid fully equipped kitchen with more views across the water, granite bench tops and top of the range Ilve cooker. The kitchen opens to an outdoor courtyard for summer this alfresco entertainment area can stoke up even the biggest of parties and with a custom made pizza oven.

The main bedroom and guest accommodation are in the east wing, each with an en suite. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, a specially designed two person bath tub to gaze out at the views. The study has full broadband connection and looks out to the courtyard. The decking outside opens up to the surrounding lawns and gardens.

The gardens are beautifully landscaped by one of Nelson's top landscaper with over a 100 olive trees, a huge variety of native and fruit trees have been planted. Enjoy the rows of lavender bushes planted just outside the living area.

The whole house and garage has a security system.

The house is the perfect base from which to explore and enjoy all that Tasman Bay has to offer. The compact geography means most activities are within 1-2 hours drive of the city. The climate is mild what-ever the season and with the highest sunshine hours in New Zealand, most activities are on offer year round.
