Imagine relaxing by the beach - listening to the sound of the waves and watching another scenic sunset from your screened-in porch at our Sunrise Sunset Townhome on beautiful and remote Cape San Blas, Florida.
If you need a vacation far from the maddening crowds and back to nature, this is almost paradise. It's the best place to walk for miles along the sandy-white beach, highly rated by Dr. Beach, on the Forgotten Coast of Florida. You can walk by the beach at our home, or head over to the beach by the lighthouse and collect shells.
Our townhouse has everything you need for a most memorable vacation - either for a couple or you and your extended family. Parents, children and grandchildren create unforgettable memories here! In addition, this is a pet-friendly beach and your well-behaved dog is welcome to stay with you!
The master bedroom (queen-size bed) has its own private sundeck overlooking the Gulf where you can relax, enjoy the sun, and watch the dolphins swim by or watch TV. A guest bedroom (queen-size bed) has a small balcony overlooking St. Joe Bay - sunrise is spectacular from the bay. This bedroom also has a TV. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full-size bed below and twin above.
Sunsets are visible from the screened-in porch and the sundeck above. The living room is your home-away-from-home - complete with cable TV, DVD/VCR, stereo/CD, books, magazines, puzzles, games, and a queen-size sofa sleeper. All you need to bring are casual clothes, food and drinks, sunscreen, and a laid-back attitude! If you need to bring your computer, wireless internet access is available.
Nearby is St. Joseph Peninsula State Park - a wonderful park for scalloping, finding shells, snorkeling, taking a walk on the nature trail, have a picnic at the playground, or enjoy a day on the beach. This beach was rated the #1 beach in the U.S. for 2002. Apalachicola is a small historic town only 20 minutes away - antique and flea market shopping, seafood restaurants, fishing charters, and touring old homes await you there.

We love to stay on the Cape! This unit was recently renovated and is in very nice condition. The best part is where it is located. You can see the sunrise over the Bay in the morning and spectacular sunsets over the ocea at night. The ocean is literally right out in front of the condo. The only complaint we could find about this unit was that the cleaning crew did not do a really great job getting it prepared for our visit. It was obvious that the floors had not be vacuumed in a while. The counters and the dining room table had not been cleaned in a while as well. Besides that we were very pleased with our stay at this unit on the Cape!

Meg and Jim, We enjoyed our long Labor Day weekend getaway. Tropical storm Lee made the weather cloudy and windy, but the townhome was perfect for us to relax in when the storms rolled in. We loved having the screened in porch and the kids loved the bunk beds. Thanks for all fo the helpful info you sent us. We plan on coming back next summer! Thanks again!

I had meant to send a "welcome home" email but got so busy at work. Meg & Jim: Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. It was better than described; I just can't say enough great things about it! The view was fantastic and with the ocean being steps out of your back door, it can not be beat! Cape San Blas itself is awesome; no traffic, no noise, very few people - just fantastic all the way around! We will be back for years to come!

Cape San Blas is an undiscovered gem as is this pet-friendly townhouse. We had such a great time while playing with our babies. Have you ever seen a tired border collie? This is a first! Our week here has been everything we hoped for and our expectations were high. We've had lots of rest and much refreshment of the soul. This is such a beautiful area and the home is comfortable in every way. We leave with so many happy memories to recall as we return to the "real world". We just got back from Cape San Blas and we just wanted to let you guys know how much we enjoyed our stay! Even though the weather wasn't that great, we had a blast! We walked on the beach every day, ate great food and even took a snorkel trip. Buddy, our dog, was a little nervous about the waves during the first day, but on the second day he couldn't wait to get to the beach. Thank you guys so much for allowing us to bring him! We are definitely planning on coming back.

Thank you for letting us use your beautiful condo. Everything is so tastefully decorated and you seem to have thought of everything a guest could want or need for the perfect vacation. The views from the balcony off the living room and master bedroom are incredible. We spent hours nearly every evening just relaxing and enjoying the sound and sites of the beach just in front of us. The waves lulled us to sleep at night and woke us in the morning- wonderful! And of course the beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed exploring the state park and also Indian Pass. We had a great meal at the Raw Bar and also in Appalachicola at Boss Oyster. Otherwise even though you had lots of info in the townhouse showing more things to do we just relaxed at the beach.
