It's time for a magical experience!! Nestled in the Mountains and along side a hot spring creek this luxury property is your home away from home. The three-quarter acre lot gives you the privacy you need when sitting in your eight-man outdoor hot tub.

The Non-Smoking house features a wrap-around deck to enjoy the views of the mountains as well as the Columbia Valley. Every golfers dream, the home allows you to walk out the back patio on to the Mountain Side Golf Course in Fairmont Hot Springs. After golfing, not only can you soak in your private hot tub, you can enjoy a calming sauna or play pool, darts, or a variety of board games in the games room.

Indoors your breath will be taken away by the beautiful mantle fireplace separating the living room from the full dining room. The kitchen has all the amenities you need to prepare a gourmet meal or for the boys, wieners and beans!

The two bedrooms on the main level feature a queen and king bed, downstairs the three bedrooms include two queens and four singles, with two sofa beds for the unexpected guest.

This all year round retreat, in the Heart of the Rocky Mountains, offers many activities for all personalities. You can always find something to amuse yourself, rock climbing to reading, fishing to fitness all available right out your door!
