This unit is rented till March 31,2010. I am looking for a 6 month to 1 yr contract beginning April 5,2010 or months following. $1000.00 per/month utilities included EXCEPT ELECTRIC.
Well maintained and nicely furnished. Enter into this 11th floor oceanfront condo with mirrored walls and 55" TV. Enjoy an evening dining at the 6-7 person dinner table. Televisions to be found in both bedrooms along with dressing tables. One of the master bathrooms has a 5' walk in shower. The other has a tub-shower. The living room having extra large "L"-shaped couch that could sleep two adults separately and comfortably. Oceans Five (the condo building) has club room with full kitchen and big screen TV. The building also has a workout facility. I am looking for 5-6 month rentals or more. The unit is available from December '09 forward.
