Our "home-away-from-home" welcomes you with at-the-door parking -- no waiting on slow, high-rise elevators here! You would pay more, get less in a hotel w/ kitchenette for more per night PLUS the FL tax atop that!!! This is a town home!!!!!! And now high speed internet access....
You enter into the full kitchen with all the luxuries of home (blender, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave) with a four-seat breakfast bar. The oversized dining room table seats six comfortably. A fold-out, queen-size (and comfortable) sofa is also downstairs, just next to the half bathroom.
Outside, a quiet canal from the private patio can be enjoyed at sunrise with a cup of coffee or at sunset after a long day on the beach. Also available on the patio is a gas grill for your catch of the day.
Upstairs is a full-sized washer and dryer. Each bedroom upstairs has its own full bath, queen-size bed, and ceiling fan. Optimally, it would sleep 6 adults (2 in each bedroom, 2 on the fold-out couch). The larger bedroom has a TV with cable.
Our condominium is a five-minute walk to the Gulf where you can relax at the pool/cabana situated on the Gulf of Mexico. This is one of nine pools on the 24-hour, gated/guarded property. On the grounds are putt-putt, a weight room, tennis and shuffleboard. Grocery stores, cinemas, shopping (Super Wal-Mart), amusement parks and restaurants close by.
Popular Seaside, Florida (The Truman Show) is a 25-minute drive. Ebro dog racetracks and airboat rides are 25-30 minutes away.
Come and create your own memories as our family has at one of the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches" on the Emerald Coast of Panama City, FL. Please ...this is a non-smoking, no pet townhouse. You must be 25 years or older to rent, as this is a family-oriented property.

We are a Mom, Daughter and Son-in-law team who purchased this condo in 1991 with another owner (who has passed away). It has been a source of joy and fun and relaxation (and a little bit of stress when the hurricanes point their eye at PCB) and we are please to share it with you. Kay lives in Georgia and the other owners, her daughter Emi and son in law, Carl live in Bexley, Ohio.
