La Villita is a beautiful bright and colorful Villa filled with true traditional Mexican charm. It is the perfect place for groups of people who are looking to spend time together, be it family reunions, intimate weddings, corporate retreats, a group of friends or small retreat style workshops. It is over 11 000 square feet and there is space for gathering people together and when needed many small areas to get away if you want privacy. Take time to relax in the pool and enjoy the waterfall, ease your cares away in the Jacuzzi or enjoy sunning your body on the upper terrace. In the evening enjoy a marghuerita or drink of your choice under the rooftop palapa wet bar whilst watching the sunset over the horizon.
La Villita has a total of 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms and can be rented with as few as 5 bedrooms at a reduced rate. Our Staff of 4 is here to make your stay memorable. Our cook can prepare two meals a day for you, except on Sundays. Our guests pay for their own food, however our staff can do your shopping for a small additional charge and they will return your receipts daily. If you love to cook, you may want to take a trip to the local market place and it can be arranged for you to go with a staff member. Our staff can arrange tours and will be happy to attend to any special requests. In January 2011, upon request and at an additional charge, spa services and private yoga classes can be arranged on site.
Walk the beach into town in 20 minutes and enjoy one of Puerto Vallartas fine restaurants, dance the night away at one of the night clubs, or take time to stroll down the Malecon, take in some of the great shopping and art galleries.

Our experience at La Villita was truly amazing. We had all adult family members, a total of 13, and there was so much space in the Villa. The Villa was way more impressive in person than online. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of by the house mgr, Vinnie. He took care of everything for us, meal planning, transportation, excursions, he even helped us plan a birthday celebration with cake and a band. And Victor waited on us hand and foot! We had wonderful meals and service, and had fun with the personality and charm of the staff. They made it all an incredible, relaxing vacation! The ocean views were beautiful from several floors. We kept our bedroom doors open at night and went to sleep and woke up every morning to the sound of crashing waves. You can't get that at a hotel or resort! Thanks for the great memories!

“We had a great stay at your house and hope to be able to come back again. The facility is huge and has so many areas in which to sit or entertain that the pictures on your website don't really do it justice. We've been to a number of large houses along the Pacific coast of Mexico, and I think for the number of rooms, price, proximity to the water and safety, yours is probably the best we have stayed at…..the cleaning was lost on a bunch of guys who just wanted to drink beer and go fishing..

I have been coming to Vallarta for a winter vacation for over 5 years. On April 7th I celebrated my 40th birthday and invited friends and family to join me. After during 10 bedroom villas on my previous trip I chose La Villita for my celebration. From the warmth and friendliness of dealing with the owners to the final ride to the airport with a ride form the house staff the trip was perfect. I made all of the plans and arrangements for my friends and family and was a bit nervous about the trip living up to expectations. From the moment we all arrived to fresh homemade Margaritas there was nothing to worry about. From the stunning views, to friendly staff, perfect meals, and so much more, we had a perfect time. So much so that we have booked again for next year. This was rated the vacation of a lifetime from just about everyone that attended.

House is beautiful. Easy walk to beach. The house staff is excellent. Vini is most welcoming and most accommodating. Pool is awesome. Roof top deck with amazing views of the pacific ocean. Perfect place for big groups. Definite recommendation!! Son loc 10-10-10!!!

We really enjoyed our time at the villa for a birthday celebration. The staff was sincere and very kind, cleanliness was up to standards, presentation of dinner was excellent. Overall, it was a GREAT place to have a wonderful time with all our family and we would definitely consider coming back to stay at Casa La Vallita.... and we will recommend it to others as well!
