Bedroom #2 has king size bed, TV and private bathroom. Bedroom #3 features two single beds and TV. Fourth bedroom- office is upstairs next to master bedroom with fold out queen size bed and private bathroom. (PC with internet is also available).

House has very nice living room with HDTV (satellite, cable) and dining area with large balcony.

This spacious home is the perfect space for the whole family.

Property features large dockage directly on the bay with room for boat up to 30 feet. BBQ, full kitchen and screen in outdoor pool.

You can fish and swim from the dock!!!

Enjoy sunsets all year round from your large screened veranda or your balcony off the master suite.

We are approximately 60 minutes from the airport of Miami or 90 minutes from the airport of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
