This is one of the best Ski-In, Ski-Out locations in Breckenridge!
Spacious and airy, this bright condo feels like home the moment you walk into it. With over 710 sq. ft. of living space (66 square meters), it is much larger than most of the 1-bedroom units in Breckenridge, which average 500 sq. ft. (46 square meters) of space.
This upgraded 1-bedroom condo is situated alongside the Four O'Clock Ski Run. You can actually ski to within steps of your front door. It is located only a few steps from the Snowflake Lift, which is directly across the street from our condo! In just a few minutes from leaving this home you can be skiing fresh powder. In the summer time, a nice foot trail starts near the Snowflake ski lift, where it follows a beautiful creek and climbs gently to a glimmering reservoir. Moose and other animals are often sighted grazing along the trail. You'll also see some of Breckenridge's multi-million-dollar homes along this walk.
The condo also is only 3.5 blocks from Main Street in Breckenridge, the heart of town. Many shops and restaurants which are nearby are reached by walking or by free shuttle bus, that picks you up and drops you off in front of our condo.
The unit has a ground-level entry, with no stairs to climb or hallways to maneuver and it's steps from the parking lot. It is very easy to unload coolers and gear, by parking your car right outside our door.
A free Breckenridge shuttle bus called "Ride Free" stops in front of our condo complex. If you don't want to ride the Snowflake Chairlift, the bus can take you to base areas of the Breckenridge Ski Resort including Peak 8, Beaver Run/Peak 9, and The Village, or to the gondola, and can also take you all over the charming town of Breckenridge (for shopping at the many stores on Main Street), or take you to Breck Station, where you can catch the free Summit Stage bus to all of Summit County including Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne (where there's the huge Silverthorne Outlet Mall for avid shoppers!) or Keystone (where you can ski day and night!). If you are looking for convenience and comfort, this condominium is for you!
The sunny east-facing living room has a dramatic stone-accented gas fireplace that makes the home cozy and turns on with the flip of a wall switch. Nearby, a flat-screen TV provides oversized TV viewing of over 55 available channels, including numerous sports stations so you won't miss the big game. There's a brand-new leather sofa with a Queen-sized bed in it, and an upgraded memory-foam matress. Two of the world's most comfortable brand-new recliners allow you to relax after a fun day of skiing! Plus, you'll enjoy gorgeous views through our large windows that look over the valley to the mountains beyond Breckenridge. A gurgling mountain stream is nearby, completing the charm of this ideal ski mountain condo.
The open kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar highlighted by three can lights is fully equipped with microwave oven, full-sized refrigerator, smooth-top range and full size oven, and automatic dishwasher. The dining area seats four comfortably, with two bar stools at the breakfast bar providing additional seating. The spacious, sunny bedroom boasts two large windows, a brand-new king-sized bed with plush mattress, a large dresser, oversized desk, walk-in closet, and color TV with remote.
Bring your laptop or smart phone or I-pad and use the complimentary WIFI (wireless internet) that's in our condo!
There's also an I-pod docking station to charge your I-Pod, or add speakers to your favorite I-Tunes, or utilize the AM/FM radio, if you prefer.
The condo comes with a clothes washing machine and tumble dryer which are located in the unit, in a separate closet near the bathroom. The full bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink with an oversized vanity and mirror, plus a medicine cabinet.
There are both indoor and outdoor hot tubs on site. There is also a gas barbecue on the large communal deck, next to the outdoor hot tub.
Did you know that if you purchase a Breckenridge Lift Ticket, it's also good at Keystone Ski Resort? You'll enjoy both night and day skiing at Keystone, and you can ski and snowboard in the back bowls of Keystone, which overlook the town of Breckenridge. Stay at our Breck condo and you'll be able to ski in, ski out of the Breckenridge Ski Resort one day, then drive approximately 20 minutes (or take the free bus!) for a day of skiing at Keystone! You'll fall in love with the charming and authentic mining town of Breckenridge; it blows Keystone out of the snowbank! So instead of lodging in Keystone, stay in our condo -- it's only 3.5 blocks from downtown Breck -- from our rental home you can enjoy a few hours at the nearby Keystone resort too, to double your vacation fun!
If you want to really see spectacular views, take the Imperial Chairlift at Breckenridge Ski Resort to the top of Peak 8: you'll unload from the chair at 12,840 feet above sea level! (3913.6 meters above sea level!) This quad lift, the highest chairlift in North America, is for black diamond skiers only!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely condo right on the Four O'Clock run. It is incredibly convenient--we could ski home at the end of the day practically to the front door, store our skis and equipment inside, and lounge in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs. Being right across the street from the Snowflake chair lift made access to Peak 8 a breeze. We are barely out of "beginner" class in terms of our skiing ability, and this location was perfect for us. Tom and Myra, the owners, were very helpful in supplying us with all the information we needed about restaurants, ski rentals, lessons on the mountain, and general knowledge about Breckenridge. I recommend this location and would certainly come back!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

We really enjoyed staying at this location!! It was a very nice set up with fabulous communication and help from the owners! The ski-in/ski-out was AWESOME and this place is just a short drive to downtown! The rental shop is just right beside the lift which is very handy! The condo is in great condition and perfect for 2-4 people! The condo is in better shape than what the photos show! We will hopefully be staying here again!

From personal experience Breckenridge has been our home base for skiing, and is one of our favorite vacation places in the world! Wow! We loved our stay in this home. It was perfectly located to ski in and out of. The views from both of the rooms are beautiful. I loved watching the snow fall from in front of the cozy fireplace. If we return to ski Breck we would book this home again.
