This home is located right down the street from the public club house for dining, lessons and driving range.

The Unique Benefits at this House
It is a lovely property with a superb location close to the public clubhouse and golf at the PGA West 18th hole (Jack Nicklaus Tournament Golf Course). The Clubhouse was recently remodeled so you can enjoy the best dining and golf/practice OPEN TO THE PUBLIC there including a convenient mini-mart. This property has one of the larger backyards, pool and great outdoor entertainment area plus open and inviting floor plan. We hope you like it as much as we do, enjoy friends!

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. The pool was a big hit for our eight year olds! The house had everything we needed to make a week long vacation feel like home.

This home was the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation. It was very spacious and comfortable and the grounds are kept up beautifully. I would recommend this home. We didn't want to leave!

We had a fantastic time at this wonderful home! This house has everyhting you need for a great "get away" - The outdoor area is sensational with plenty of spaces to hang out and enjoy the desert skies! We spent a lot of time BBQing and enjoying the fire pit at night. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for sit down dinners! Great sound system and we loved being so close to the clubhouse too! Thanks for a great time, we hope to rent the house again next year!

When we first walked into the home I was taken back it was BEAUTIFUL !! I was speechless. We have stayed at other homes in the area and this by far was the most outstanding one of them all. The home was very clean, and had everything we needed. My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much, we are taking our friends back this summer for the weekend. Thank you so much. Bear & Blondee

You never know what your going to get when you you rent a home. We were so pleased, it was everything that you see in the pictures. It is a beautiful home, lots of room, nice open floor plan, decorated very warm. Everyone has their own space, each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. The kitchen was big and open. The backyard with the pool was so comfortable and the view was great of the 18th hole. We are already planning our next trip. Everyone that we dealt with was so pleasant and made you feel so at home. It was a great place to rent. Thanks Again for a great vacation.

The listing is wonderful, but to see this home in person is truly phenomenal! From the friendly management team to the ease of booking this vacation home is what a vacation is all about. I have never had such a wonderful relaxing time at any home I have vacationed in. This home, and it is a home and not just a house, is beautifully decorated, when you walk in it will take your breath away. Of course my husband was thrilled with the view of the 18th hole on the course, and the audio / video system in the home. All of the bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable to stay in. The master bedroom is the ultimate room for me and my husband. I cooked a gourmet dinner one evening, which was a pleasure in that kitchen and my husband barbequed for the rest of the week. We enjoyed everything in this home and look forward to going back next year hopefully for 2 weeks!

My family and I had a terrific time here in Feb 2010 and would love to return. The house is in outstanding condition, is well appointed, tastefully furnished, great AV system, beautiful backyard (furniture, bbq and landscaping) with a marvelous view of the golf course. There were no surpises. What you see in the pics is exactly what you'll get. Kris (the owner) and their property manager (Debbie) were very pleasant and helpful before we arrived and while we were there. We hope to see you again.
