The master bedroom is complete with a king size bed and a private bathroom including a jacuzzi tub. The second master bedroom also provides comfortable privacy with a private bathroom and a queen size bed. The children will love the third bedroom which is complete with two sets of bunk beds. The sofa in the den makes into a queen bed. All rooms have a TV. Dvd available in 3 rooms. High speed internet, free long distance, fax, scanner, priner and stereo are included. Enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail on the 10X30 screened porch. Located 50 feet from the heated neighborhood pool and an easy 200 yard stroll to the private beach access. Located on scenic Highway 30-A, Magnolia Cottages by the Sea is close to all of the attractions the area has to offer, but away from the crowds. From our house you can be in Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and the Village at Santa Rosa Beach (in Seacrest) in 5 minutes. Seagrove Beach and Seaside are just 7 minutes away to the west. Your family will want to come back year after year! Feel free to use our beach bikes, beach chairs, charcoal grill and beach toys! Enjoy our home away from home!!
