  We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 2 young children. The house was extremely comfortable and we can't wait to go back. The beautiful beach was a short 5 minute walk to the entrance and then down a few stairs (4 flights 15 stairs each). There were plenty of beach chairs available in the storage shed, but you could also rent them if you like. The location was perfect and the beach was never crowded. The house met our needs perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, and there were plenty of great restaurants within 5-10 minutes. The screen porch was perfect for reading while the kids were napping. I hope we get to go again soon!

  When we arrived, we had to dry a load of towels left in the dryer and rewash dishes left in the dish washer, that weren't clean, from the previous renter. Other than that, the cottage was very nice and relaxing, and we did enjoy our stay. Someone had abused the charcoal grill and left it filthy, which I cleaned and tried to repair before we could use it. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend it to a friend, which I have already done, and would return ourselves. The main thing was that the beach was absolutely beautiful.

  Recommended for: Pet owners, sightseeing.

  We stayed here in October of 2011 and chose this home because we wanted to bring our two small dogs with us (we have more fun when they are with us and don't wish to board them). The owners were great to communicate with and worked with us on our travel dates. The home is well-represented in the photos and was a very comfortable stay. The house was appointed with everything we could have needed...and more! Clean, comfortable, very nice home!

  Very nice home and location to the beach. Would stay here again, only recommendation is that it is very dark around home at night, outside lights by parking did not work.

  We took our three children to the beach for a week in late May, and it was the perfect time to go. The weather was beautiful, and this house was beautiful as well. It was comfortable, clean, and large enough so that we all had our own "space"! The master bedroom (comfy king size bed) had a private bath, the first guest room (Queen size bed) had a private bath, and the third bedroom (with two bunk beds) had a bathroom right next door. The living area was great, and if I could have put the large screened in back porch in my suitcase and brought it home with me, I might have! The neighborhood was quiet and private, the pool was steps away, and the beach was a short walk through the neighborhood and down the stairs to the white sand. Our kids loved both the beach and the pool, and I loved the quick trip to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Seaside shopping. The provided bikes were a bonus that all of us enjoyed. We'll definitely be back!

  We stayed at the cottage for several weeks in the summer of 2010 - it was fantastic. Fully equipped kitchen, awesome beach toys and bikes of all sizes, two grills. Loved, loved the screened porch. House is furnished beautifully, and you feel like you are someone's house guest rather than a renter. We were even able to bring our dogs! The pool is extremely convenient - basically across the street. The beach access is a short walk, but the stairs up and down the dunes in this area can be a killer if you are packing alot of gear. We learned to go down with the bare minimum! The owners were very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Spring Break 2013 - $1450/wk (incl taxes)
Summer 2013 - $1350/wk (incl taxes)
Fall - $1100/week or less.
Cleaning Fee - $135 plus $25 for pets (we collect and pay the cleaning company)
Deposits - $250 (nonrefundable to hold dates), $49 rental insurance (min.)
Pets - $50 additional rent per pet, $25 additional cleaning fee.
