Description:
Enjoy yourself in cozy surroundings accented in a nautical theme. Recently remodeled with new kitchen and bathroom cabinets and appliances. Has every amenity that you need to make it your home away from home.
1st floor unit makes it convenient for parking outside the unit and for walking a short path to the beach. The patio has new furniture and a side view of the beach. There are two shopping centers right up the street and many restaurants near by. There is also an amusement park right across the street.
Amenities:
Fully equipped kitchen that also includes all the cooking and eating utensils. Master bdrm. has a king size bed, 2 twins in second bdrm., and queen size sofa sleeper in living room. Tile floors in the kitchen and living room and carpet in the bedrooms. 3 TV/VCR's, 1 DVD player, 1 stereo. Iron, ironing board, washer and dryer.
Just outside the front door are the tennis courts and the newly remodeled indoor pool/clubhouse. The clubhouse provides the fitness center, sauna and steam room. Out the patio doors and down the sidewalk 75 yards is the beach and 2 brand new outdoor pools.
Activities:
One of the most beautiful beaches around, swimming, snorkeling/diving, water skiing, jet skiing, para-sailing. Marinas, boating, deep sea fishing. Tanger Outlet Mall with over 130 stores, 2 Super Walmarts, and many other shopping venues. Lots of great restaurants and entertainment. 1 hour from Mobile, 31/2 hours from New Orleans, 6 hours from Atlanta.

This condo was perfect for our family ! I enjoyed the fact that there were two bathrooms .We have 3 children and they enjoyed the Tennis courts as well. We liked the walk to the beach. The walkway was nice and clean. The owner was good about answering any questions that I had. My family enjoyed our stay and will return again.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The place was nice and very kid friendly. It was smaller than we anticipated and we could not get internet all weekend but overall was a good time.Recommended for: Families with young children.

Perfect for our family of 4 with 2 little ones under 8 . It was an easy walk to the beach and we really appreciated having the water to hose off the sand so close to our back porch. The security was active around the property which made us feel safe. The condo was very clean and the decorations were very quaint. We'll be back! Thank you!!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway.
