Come enjoy the beautiful Destin beaches at Ariel Dunes II. It has been beautifully furnished and is ready and waiting for your dream vacation. This condo comes with 9 ft ceilings, granite countertops, fully furnished kitchen, ceramic tile flooring in kitchen and bathrooms and NEW CARPET in living room and bedroom. This is a 1 bedroom with a bunk area. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa that is actually comfortable to sleep on. It sleeps a total of six. There are 1 1/2 baths.
We have upgraded our condo with the Kaba keyless entry system. There are no keys to be mailed or for you to keep up with. You will receive your own personalized key code for your vacation.
From the 8th floor balcony, you will have breathtaking views of the ocean and also 3 large pools. The pools are GREAT with waterfalls and fountains and the largest pool has zero entry. This complex is very FAMILY FRIENDLY!!!
This resort features an affordable 18 hole championship golf course, convenient beach access to over 2,000 ft of powder white sand and emerald green water, 8 tennis courts, beach service and water sports rentals. There are countless fine restaurants close by and plenty of shopping including the popular Silver Sands shopping outlet.
A large capacity washer and dryer is provided to help with all your wet beach towels. All linens and bath towels are also provided for your convenience.
We do not rent to singles under the age of 25 years. Sorry no pets or smoking.
