The condo is located 1/2 mile off the right of HWY 59S, 2 blocks (stop lights) from public access beaches, and is yet less than 10 minutes from an "out of the way" beach for those wishing to get away from it all and enjoy a quite time at the beach.

Within five minutes of leaving the condo you can be basking in the sun on the beach, playing at the Water or Amusement Parks, dining at your favorite local restaurant, golfing or shopping. Or if you prefer go nowhere, just stay and swim at the condo pool or walk/bike ride the beautiful paved nature trails that cross the property. Whatever your vacation preference may be, the location of this property makes it convenient and relaxing.

We choose Laguna Breeze to purchase two condos very simply for its beautiful picturesque location. It is a wonderful place to retreat to after a long day at the beach or amusement parks. Our favorite ritual is a relaxing evening sitting on the front lanai overlooking the walking/biking trails while the sunsets. The peace and quite is amazing!

Hi, I'm Phyllis. Along with my husband, father and mother, we own two condos at Laguna Breeze in Gulf Shores, Alabama. We love to take our family down to Gulf Shores and do so every opportunity we get. Our family’s ages range from one year to seventy-five and our condo's location is wonderful for our entire family. The younger ones can be at amusement parks within five minutes or the beach lovers can be there in less than five minutes. The shoppers in the family can choose from many outlet malls and those that love seafood are truly happy with the dining choices close by. We hope you have the opportunity to bring your family and enjoy our place as much as we do!

    • We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is in real peaceful surroundings, and most of the time even had the pool to ourselves! It was also a perfect place for our little dog. He had great walks on the trail and enjoyed the private beach with us where otherwise would have had to leave him at home. Good restaraunts nearby too! We never had a bad meal the whole time we were there. The condo is very convenient to grocery stores or anything you may need. It was a nice get-a-way retreat and would like to come back again when visiting Gulf Shores.

    • We had a great time and really loved the condo. It was so nice and comfortable and Phyllis was awesome to work with. I would definately recommend staying here to anybody who doesn't want to pay the high prices at the beach. We pretty much had the place to ourselves which made it even more quiet and we loved our stay.

    • Excellent accomodations!! I have stayed at several condos in Gulf Shores and none could hold a candle to this place. Very clean condo and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub along with the 2 seat shower. We also enjoyed the fact that we could sit on the balcony and watch our older children swim while our baby napped. While this condo isnt directly on the beach but it is centrally located to everything! It is less than 5 minutes from Waterville, Zooland, Recreation Track, Lulu's, and THE BEACH!

    • Wow! We had the best time! My husband, our 3 children, and I, enjoyed our stay so much that when we go back to Gulf Shores we will be booking with Phyllis again. We had booked the condo for 4 nights but enjoyed our stay so much....we called to see if available for one more night. The condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. The perfect home away from home! I would highly recommend these units. Also, Chris, who handled everything while we were down there, was wonderful and took care of all of our needs! Truly a great group to work with.

    • Words can't express what a great time we had in Gulf Shores! The condo is wonderful! Very spacious, well decorated, quiet, and so close to everything. It was nice having a deck off of each bedroom and having access to the pool. Phyllis was very helpful and prompt with her responses when I had inquiries. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

It was very clean and we loved the fact that it was pet friendly, because there are so few condos that are. Phyllis was great. She responded very quickly to my inquiry and we booked right away.
