Had a great time. Second bedroom had a FULL size bed not a Queen. Blinds missing in secod bedroom. Need instructions on dish network. But overall a good deal. Would recomend to a friend, steps to unit were a chore for me (OLD) person. Shrimp festival kicks butt.

After hours of searching VRBO, I came across this rental. Booking this condo was a breeze. Prompt response, helpful information and friendly conversation with Jessica, a few details and we were ready for our vacation. With such reasonable rates, it sounded too good to be true, but it was everything promised and more. My husband was the first to tour the condo and upon returning to our car to unpack, he said to me, "this place is awesome... you did a good job!". He was right, the place is awesome. The decor was classy, the rooms were quite large, and anything we could need, as far as amenities, was provided. The pool was just right for our family (two little ones and a teenager) and our little dog, Amelia, was right at home in the condo and loved the walking trail. We were minutes away from the heart of Gulf Shores ... restaurants, souvenir shops, mini golf, theme parks, grocery stores ... everything we wanted to do was just a short ride away. We visited a beautiful, secluded public beach - which was the highlight of our vacation. The water was clean and we basically had the entire beach to ourselves. We will definitely book this condo again and have already started to spread the word to friends and family regarding our stay at Laguana Breeze, suggesting they contact Jessica to book for next year as well! '

We stayed the last week of May and the first week of June in 2011. The condo was everything we could've hoped for and more. It was exactly as advertised and very clean. We were close to everything and yet far enough away for peace and quiet. The locals was all very friendly and the secluded beach wa great. We can't wait to come back again!

When we walked in my first thought was how nice and new and clean it was! You'd never know it was pet friendly! Very nice and clean. We loved the balconies off the bedrooms, and the front balcony was perfect for morning coffee. On the other hand, we book vacation spots with King beds and this one says king but its not its a queen, and we were disapointed with the cramped beds. Also, the satellite TV didn't come on, said no signal, and the internet needed a passcode we were not given. I called twice for help with those two things and was told by Phyllis she'd call right back, but no one did. We loved the walking paths for the dog, they were super nice and shady. We'd stay again with more info next time. Would have rated Excellent if there had been a King as advertised and TV worked.

LOVELY CONDO - MINUTES TO EVERYTHING

This is a great place to vacation! Just minutes to everything but when you return to the condo, it feels like going home to a peaceful surrounding, really nice condo, and lovely pool (feels like a private pool since there are only 8 units). Wonderful to be able to bring your pet, and plenty of places for walking. Loved It!

Wonderful time and beautiful villa and complex

We stayed in Phyliss's Laguna Breeze villa during mid-August, 2010 (after the oil spill) and everything was wonderful. The villa was clean and conveniently located. The only drawback is you do have a short drive to the beautiful beaches but there were no oil balls and the beaches great. We would definitely consider staying at Laguna Breeze if we were ever back in the area. There are not very many "pet friendly" places to stay in the area, so that was a big requirement we had since we don't travel without our 4-legged family member. I loved this condo. The description was accurate and the condo looked exactly like the photo. I thought it was clean and well maintained. It was so close to the beach it took only minutes. All the restaurants where only minutes away too. I would like to stay here again next year.

My husband and I along with our dog, Sonny thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laguna Breeze. It exceeded our expectations. We have been to Gulf Shores dozens of times over, but we have always stayed on the beach. Thanks to Phyllis we have been introduced to a side of Gulf Shores that we never knew existed. The private beach was less than 10 minutes away and was amazing. We enjoyed the nature trail on the property. It was a very quiet and relaxing location. We love it and will definitely return one day. Our friends and family have already been told about our wonderful stay and they cannot wait to try it for themselves.

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay for the Labor Day weekend. We were looking for a place convenient to a wedding we planned to attend on the bay...off of Fort Morgan Road. Also, we wanted a dog friendly place so that we could save the cost of a pet sitter and our dog would have a little vacation also. This was the perfect place. It was actually very well decorated and had all the amenities. Our Schnauzer loved the walks on the nearby wooded path. The weather was perfect. My daughter and son-in-law were the photographers for the wedding...Keyhole Photo ( keyholephoto.com)...and needed to come and go during the day of the wedding. This location was perfect for that. We spend Sunday with them hiking in the BonSecour Wildlife Preserve....and spent several hours on Pine Beach after the hike. There is a hike to Pine Beach that is beautiful and the beach itself is pristine and secluded. What an awesome day! Then we returned by car the few miles to Laguna Breeze and relaxed. It really was the perfect weekend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is in real peaceful surroundings, and most of the time even had the pool to ourselves! It was also a perfect place for our little dog. He had great walks on the trail and enjoyed the private beach with us where otherwise would have had to leave him at home. Good restaraunts nearby too! We never had a bad meal the whole time we were there. The condo is very convenient to grocery stores or anything you may need. It was a nice get-a-way retreat and would like to come back again when visiting Gulf Shores.

We had a great time and really loved the condo. It was so nice and comfortable and Phyllis was awesome to work with. I would definately recommend staying here to anybody who doesn't want to pay the high prices at the beach. We pretty much had the place to ourselves which made it even more quiet and we loved our stay.

Excellent accomodations!! I have stayed at several condos in Gulf Shores and none could hold a candle to this place. Very clean condo and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub along with the 2 seat shower. We also enjoyed the fact that we could sit on the balcony and watch our older children swim while our baby napped. While this condo isnt directly on the beach but it is centrally located to everything! It is less than 5 minutes from Waterville, Zooland, Recreation Track, Lulu's, and THE BEACH!

Wow! We had the best time! My husband, our 3 children, and I, enjoyed our stay so much that when we go back to Gulf Shores we will be booking with Phyllis again. We had booked the condo for 4 nights but enjoyed our stay so much....we called to see if available for one more night. The condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. The perfect home away from home! I would highly recommend these units. Also, Chris, who handled everything while we were down there, was wonderful and took care of all of our needs! Truly a great group to work with.

Words can't express what a great time we had in Gulf Shores! The condo is wonderful! Very spacious, well decorated, quiet, and so close to everything. It was nice having a deck off of each bedroom and having access to the pool. Phyllis was very helpful and prompt with her responses when I had inquiries. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We stayed here in late Aug/Early Sept 08. It was simply lovely, clean, and the owner was so kind! Even though it's not on the beach, the beach is a short drive away, and there is a small pool. We loved the feel of this place, and found it quite pleasant.

This is such a great place!!! Very relaxing, stylishly yet comfortably appointed and very spacious - absolutely CHARMING!! The building and surroundings are quiet, relaxing and all-around wonderful. There is a great pool area and paths to walk and enjoy nature. It is very affordable too not to mention convenient to beaches and amenities and a wonderful shopping area to stock up on groceries although I was content to just to sit back and enjoy the lovely condo we did make it down to the beach a couple of times. The wonderful thing about this condo is that the owner will allow you to bring your well-behaved and housebroken dog which is a life-saver and allows me to be able to get out of town without the guilt of leaving my beloved dog at home. You will not be disappointed by this wonderful place, go and enjoy - oh did I mention the awesome jacuzzi tub in the master bath?? You will love this place!

We enjoyed our stay so very much in this lovely condo. Though it is not directly on the beach, it is in a great location, just a minute or two from everything, including many beaches. Having a pool to ourselves was an added bonus. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a newer, very reasonably priced, wonderfully located condo in a great family vacation area.
