Emerald Surf #504 is a beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo that sleeps 6 people and has a very upscale tropical look with an emphasis on comfort and relaxation. The spectacular view of the beautiful emerald water has been enhanced in every direction with the floor to ceiling mirrors running the entire length of the living room and dinning room wall. Both bedrooms and the living room have TV’s and VCR/DVD players. In the living room you’ll enjoy watching the large flat screen Cable TV or listening to the stereo from one of the two recliner chairs. Make sure you check out the side table with the hidden game boards next to the Queen Sized Sofa Sleeper. We have provided game pieces and game instructions along with a nice assortment of books for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a comfortable, tropical, romantic king sized bed with its own private bathroom. Go ahead and stay up late watching a movie on the VCR/DVD player. You’ve earned the right to linger in bed the next morning while you look through your own sliding glass door, at the picture perfect view of our world famous snow white sandy beach with the emerald surf splashing just beyond. The second bedroom has a great view of the inter coastal waterway. If your bringing kids with you they may not care about the view since they can lie in the 2 Twin Beds and watch one of the many old classic videos or DVD’s we’ve provided for our guests to enjoy. You’ll find ample linens and closet space. Relaxation comes easily with the luxurious Frieze carpeting; you won’t be annoyed by the feeling of sand on your feet or your baby’s knees. When you’re in the mood to be outside just step through the sliding glass door to the Gulf front 25’x6’ comfortably furnished balcony with table and chairs to dine and unwind.
Before going down to the beach make sure you check the closet for beach chairs. We hope the guests that visited before you washed the sand off and placed them back there for you to find. Speaking of sand what’s the big deal with the white sand you may be asking? White sand is cleaner, cooler and easier to walk on than dark sand. You’ll find the kitchen well equipped with brand new appliances, cupboards and countertops. There is a splendid supply of dishes and beverage ware in glass and plastic. A dishwasher has been provided but if you still find yourself standing at the kitchen sink, at least you’ll be able to look at the activity on the inter coastal waterway. We have provided all the things you’ve come to expect when you’re at home such as the automatic ice maker, disposal, coffee pot, blender, microwave and maybe even a few extra surprises too.
We are located on the quiet end of the island, with over 300 feet of gulf front and only 45 units in the building; the Emerald Surf is one of the least congested condominiums on Navarre Beach. Privacy and space will be easy to find. The building has been newly landscaped and repaired since the storms of a couple of years ago. The beach has been restored and the brand new heated pool and walkover were recently opened for our guests to use. We have covered parking, an elevator and a pleasant outside charcoal barbecue grill area. There is a Washer and Dryer in our condo so you won’t have to share the pay washer and dryers provided on each floor of the building.

The recent sinking of the retired 888 foot-long Oriskany aircraft carrier created the largest man made scuba diving site in the world. The Blackwater River State Forest is excellent for canoing in a spring-fed river and is virtually free from pollutants. Nearby rentals provide baby equipment, bikes and personal watercraft for your use. We are just blocks away from the boat launch and trailer parking for Santa Rosa Sound. Visitors can bike or walk on our 16 mile path, go to the Butterfly House, children’s playground and splash park, Gulfarium, Zoo, outlet malls, Charter fishing fleet, horseback riding, flea market, Naval Air Museum, IMAX Theater, skateboard park, paintball, volley ball and bingo tournaments.
