  Love, Love, Love! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very clean and well maintained. Very glad a parking space was included so we wouldn't have to find a place to park every time we went out. Took my in-laws for their first and only trip to Florida and they loved it also! They were content to stay in the condo and watch the waves roll in. We had everything we needed. A home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

  We just returned from a two week stay at Sally's wonderful condo. We go to PCB every year in Oct, and this is one of the best condos we have stayed in. The views and condo are both Beautiful!! Both bedrooms include very comfortable beds (which can be hard to find) This condo is completely stocked with anything you will need for your stay. The condo is maintained so well, its hard to believe its a rental :) Working with owner Sally was wonderful also. We were in PCB for Thunder Beach...everyone should experience this weekend at least once!!! The bikes are amazing :) We cant wait to return next year, this will definitely be the condo we book!! See you again same time next year :)

  I was on my way to SC and wanted to spend a few nights at the beach. I could not have picked a better place to rest and relax than this. The views were amazing, comfortable lounge chairs and table and chairs on the balcony, and the furnishings inside were very upgraded compared to a lot of beach properties. The master bed was very comfortable and you could lay in bed and watch the waves...felt like I was on a cruise ship with the ocean right outside my door! The beach chairs with comfy pads and umbrella were waiting for me on the beach! Just could not have asked for more! I didn't want to leave...And hope to go back and spend some more time! Thanks so much for letting me stay in your beautiful condo!

  A beautiful condo! Exactly as described. Owner is very pleasant to deal with & could not have asked for a more accommodating person to work with. Even though we were here during peak season nothing about this property seemed crowded and yet we were in the middle of everything. Jet ski rentals & parasailing right at your back door. Balcony views are incredible---sunrises & sunsets---WOW!! We will definitely be in touch with Sally again for a future rental!

  My wife, daughter and I were looking for a place on the beach where we could relax and enjoy some time in PCB. This was the PERFECT place. Awesome view of the Gulf and amazing condo. We had lots of space and living areas. It was a great price too! The balacony is where we spent most of our time. Very private. We were close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be coming back here.

  MY FAMILY AND I LOVED THE CONDO, IT WAS THE PERFECT GET AWAY FOR US. THE ROOMS WERE BEAUTIFUL AND SPACIOUS, THE RESORT WAS GREAT, WE LOVED THE SPA. THE VIEWS FROM THE BALCONY WERE DEFINATELY ONE OF A KIND. WE WERE ABLE TO RELAX AND ENJOY EACHOTHER IN A GREAT ENVIRONMENT.   This condo slept a family of four plus my mother comfortably. The condo did have a great view on the 21st floor. There was no major issues other than the dryer will drive you crazy as it squeels horribly and the sleeper sofa pull out was not comfortable and the kids ended up sleeping on the sofa and not the pull out. I was disappointed that there was zero extra garbage bags and only two rolls of TP for the week.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

  Owner response: A couple of things to note: First of all, the title of this review is very misleading, as it is now July 8th, 2010 and the "oil" has not hit the beaches at Panama City. There has not been any oil on the beaches in Panama City to date. Second, the dryer should already have been fixed by our property manager's maintenance company, so I apologize profusely for that! I made the mistake of trusting them at their word that it would be fixed before the next guests arrived. Third, I do understand about the sofabed -- in fact I have never really found a comfortable sofabed to be honest with you. Good thing our sofa is comfortable, though! And finally, I hired a new property manager this year and unfortunately I have no control over what the cleaning crew leaves in the units, but it is pretty standard for these cleaning crews to only leave a couple of trash bags and a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper. Unfortunately, the beach condo system does not work like a hotel, where the maids come and refresh your supplies every day. I certainly apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. This is our first and only review with less than 5 out of 5 stars, and hopefully it will be the last! I will do everything I can to ensure that our guests are comfortable and taken care of!   Sally, the six granmothers from Georgia enjoyed your beautiful condo more than words can really express. The decor is one of the best in any condo I've stayed in. The balcony was wonderful. It is like home away from home. Thanks again and we will certainly be staying there again.

  A stunning piece of paradise! We LOVED our stay at Twin Palms 2104--it was our second stay too! The condo is absolutely beautiful and centrally located! The beach chairs were great as well! We will definitely be staying here again!

  We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at 2104 Twin Palms. The condo was excellent: beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious for our four. The balcony view overlooking the gulf was breathtaking, the beach inviting, and the water was crystal clear. When we return to PCB, I hope we can rent here again.

  Sally, Our family loved the condo. We loved eating our meals on the huge balcony and enjoying the view. You supplied us with everything we needed for your stay. Thank you. The condo was decorated beautifully and had that cozy homey feeling. There was plenty of room for 5 people. It was a great location, close to all the sites. Thank you for sharing your cndo with us.   We were every pleased with our accomodations for the week. As soon as we walked in the door we felt at home. Everything was immaculate and the kids really enjoyed. It was wonderful being on the balcony watching the fireworks on July 4th and just going out to eat breakfast and spend the evenings listening to the ocean. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. Thank you Sally for your hospitality and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Oh, another plus was already having chairs and a tent reserved for us. This was so convenient especially when you are at the beach everyday.

  This condo was beautiful. There was plenty of room for our family of 5! It was really clean and the decor was fitting for the beach! We had a great time and definately want to come back! The view was incredible, especially in the the morning. Sally was great to work with. We had no problems the whole time we were there!

  WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME IN PC AND WHAT MADE OUR VISIT SO GREAT WAS OUR STAY AT OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME. SALLY'S CONDO HAD EVERYTHING WE COULD THINK OF AND MORE. THE DECOR WAS AMAZING, AND THE VIEW WAS BREATH TAKING. WE BOUGHT A PAIR OF BINOCULAR'S AND WE WATCHED THE BOATS, DOLPHIN'S, PARASAILER'S. IT WAS AWSOME. THE SOUND OF THE OCEAN COMING IN OUR SLIDING DOOR INE THE FAMILY ROOM AND MASTER BEDROOM SOUNDED SO GOOD AT NIGHT. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT OUR STAY. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A WONDERFUL TIME AT THE BEACH, AND HAVE A TRUE HOME WAY FROM YOU NEED TO STAY AT SALLY'S CONDO. WE LOVED EVERY MIN. OF IT. AND WE WOULD GO BACK TOMORROW IF WE COULD. DIANE DARBY

  We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful just as described in the listing. Our contact with Sally was extremely organized and positive. The Twin Palms Resort had 24 hr security and appeared to be rented to mostly families. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Thanks Sally!!

  We just got back from our wonderful spring break at PCB, Fl. The condo that we stayed in was amazing. We felt like home the minute we walked into the condo. The condo was so clean and nicely decorated. We are looking forward to our next trip to PCB and we will definately stay at this condo again. The view from the balcony was amazing every morning and at night. We watched the sunset every night, and took great pictures of the sunset. We had only one problem during our stay. The toilet handle in the master bedroom was broke, so we called Sally and she sent a repair man over within 30 minutes and it was fixed immediately. Sally is wonderful to work with, and she is always available to take phone calls if a problem should arise. My family will definately rent this condo unit again without any question. We had neighbors on each side of us while we were there, and we did not have any noise issues at all. Sally, thanks for opening your condo to my family and I, we enjoyed it immensly. We will be returning back to this condo again. If you have any questions please email them to me and I will let you know what a wonderful condo this is for a family.

  We love staying at this condo. It roomy enough for 6 with 2 nice, big, clean bathrooms! The balcony is beyond compare...nothing beats having your morning coffee while watching the ocean and all the wondrous animals/sealife that you are bound to see while sitting out there each morning. We've gone twice now; anyone who is considering this unit should know that you won't be let down.

  We enjoyed the condo tremendously. It is beautifully decorated and so peaceful and quite and relaxing. All the emenities of home. Very comfortable and The owners were so wonderful to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone. If for just a weekend getaway or for a whole week. We will definitely be back.

Having a private parking space next to the elevator makes getting in or out a breeze compared to other condos.   Loved the condo! It is so nice. The decor gives a cottage feel, but yet it is convenient to everything. The view is spectacular and the balcony is huge. I would definitely stay here again. Not only is the condo excellent, but the owner is great to work with. It is nice to have a great place to stay and an owner that is very nice. I would recommend this condo to others.

  Awesome place to stay! I can't think of enough good things to say about this condo. It is tastefully decorated in beach colors and furnishings, not overdone but enough to give you a soothing and relaxing feel in a beach environment. Ofcourse you have to love the big,curved balcony especially since you are at the top and able to view the beautiful beach, water and sunsets! It is always a pleasure to stay at your condo.   My family stayed at your beautiful condo for the first time and we were very impressed. The location is great, close to everything. It was very easy to get in and out of the condo, just drive in, park and take the elevator up. The view and balcony were spectacular. We had breakfast every morning on the "veranda" and my 4 and 6 year old girls loved looking for dolphins from the balcony. Fully stocked kitchen and beautifully decorated. We will definitely make this a family tradition and stay here very year.

  We have stayed here twice and absolutely love it! For years my family and I have stayed at condos in PC and this by far was our best stay ever. This condo is absolutely wonderful. It has everything you need for a home away from home. It is exceptionally clean and very beautifully decorated. Loved the view from the spacious balcony, the best ever! We have found our place to stay and will be going back!
